Service was great.
Service was great. Although I didn’t get an update of my car until I called them late afternoon. Not so good with time for pick up. Otherwise the work was done so well with my tires. Thank you

Worst communication and misinformation I have ever had
Worst communication and misinformation I have ever had from a business. Go to a different Toyota dealership for your Toyota needs. Since buying my vehicle here. I go to other Toyota dealerships for any needs and service. Just so I don’t have to go there. And the service elsewhere is so much better!!! Will never buy from Toyota Bountiful again. I do not recommend.

The salesperson, Laura, was great.
The salesperson, Laura, was great. No pressure, explained everything and answered all questions. I agreed to a deal and was satisfied with it. She did a good job on her part. The car was to be detailed, Laura had volunteered to deliver it to my home 40 miles away. I was disappointed in the detail. It was more of a mediocre wash only. Not what I expected for a $50K one yr old car. Mud on tires, that I still must scrub off, (won't come off with just a wash) film on all inside windows, they had not been wiped down. Dust still in door jambs, pet hair on some of the little bit of carpet not covered by all weather mats. I specifically asked for the engine to be cleaned. It had been cleaned, but still needed 10% more to be right. I need to spend at least an hour "detailing" the entire car so I will be proud to show it to my friends.

Dealership is run down with a bunch of junk cars. Tons of salesmen. No prices on used cars. Service advisor was great to deal with. Finished on time.

Service advisor was great to deal with. Dealership was run down and dirty. There were a ton of junk cars in the parking lot. Way too many sales people and seemed like a "boiler room" operation. In talking with salesmen, they seemed new and only interested in making quick sale. I was going to attempt to purchase a Corolla but sales people seemed too sleazy.
I was given a sales job by service department about what
I was given a sales job by service department about what needed to be done. They recommended a litany if things to be fixed on a 2020 Hylander with 28k miles. They said I needed new rotors, new brakes, flush brake lines, & a few which I can’t remember. I called the general manager, whom I never heard back from , and the service manager who called me back after 3 hours. After I spoke to the service manager, he said he would investigate and call me back, he said it was very unusual to change rotors after 28k mikes. Never heard back from him, he had someone else call me back. They did offer me a 10% discount - so it cost me $737 for the work when I just came in for oil change & tire rotation.

These newer cars have a new set of maintenance requirements and it appears this is what was needing correction in your vehicle. Service department did a good job.
Service department did a good job. Fast service, free shuttle service a big plus. Typical upsell pitch common to all dealerships, but overall highly satisfied with convenience and results. On the other hand, I’m disappointed with delays in orders for new vehicles. I placed an order for a new vehicle 10 months ago and still haven’t received it. They required a $1000 no refundable deposit. But what if they never receive the vehicle? Will they refund my deposit? Seems a little sketchy, so beware before you sign up for a new vehicle delivery.
