2018 XT5 delivery at my home
Eric Maher the person that came to my home delivered the new car and took the old car back , couldn’t have been a nicer , he was a real gentleman explained the details of the car and that if I had any questions to call him. Thank you , Jack Petrone

Long wait
Oil change took 2 hours 15 minutes. The rest rooms were messy. Not the experience I am used to here. The service rep was very courteous.

A smooth and professional experience
I dealt with Harold Mota and he was professional, knowledgeable, polite, and showed an enthusiasm for the brand. I felt that Harold was able to quickly assess my needs and pitch the right option for me, just by normal conversation, without it seeming like an interrogation. This is my first Cadillac- a brand that was always seen as the epitome of the American dream when I grew up in Ireland. I was very pleased with the experience.

Professionalism
Salesman Kenny Sternesky was very professional with me. He didn’t pull any punches told me exactly what to expect and went out of his way to make sure I received the best deal possible. Also Frank Raniolo from the financial dept was great. Their was no hiding surprises whatsoever.

Very accommodating
Time for appointment kept. Sam in service is very accommodating. Washing of car very important as is the availability of a loaner car. Great dealership.

Lack of follow through
I had inquired about a specific car that Pepi was listing with specific questions..After numerous emails, all I received was a car fax, which was already available online...

Service visit.
Had a check engine light come on so made an appointment, Dropped the car off got a rental and received a call a few hours later. Sam explained that the part was not covered under the extended warranty but was only a minor problem. He told me the cost and how long it would take. I was glad to be informed about the status of my car. Got a call a little while later to pick it up. Went in and Sam went over what was done and I was on my way. Great service from Pepe as I get on all my service visits.

Best dealer experience ever !!!!
Just purchased a CT6 from Pepe Cadillac and can honestly say it was the best dealer experience I have ever had. My salesman, John, was polite, courteous and very attentive. He did not lead me to unwanted / unneeded add-ons. I walked in the door at 10:00 AM and drove home with my new car by 5:00 PM, new plates and everything. I would give them a 10 out of 10. Thank You John and the entire staff at Pepe Cadillac for a great experience.
