Easy to work with

Employees were courtious and very well spoken, was updated about the vehicle when expected, and made everything hassle free from the beginning, very professional and looking forward to use their service department more in the future.

Returning Escalade coming off lease and getting a new one.

Dave Persaud and staff were very attentive to our needs for acquiring a new vehicle and bent over backwards to accommodate putting us in a new car that met our needs at the right price. Great job! I found the staff that I encountered to all be extremely courteous and informative. Additional compliments for service go out to Sam Kwartler and Ron Bald.

Excellent service once again

I took my car in for an alignment and got a thorough review of the health my car. The service was completed timely. The staff is extremely professional, yet personal at the same time. I was extremely pleased with my experience.

Excellent Service as expected.

Got a flat tire driving to work in the morning. Drove to work on the run flat and called service when o got to work. Scheduled to have the car dropped off in the afternoon just at closing time for the service department. They took the car in and had it ready the next morning as promised. Pepe Cadillac in White Plains continues to impress me with world class service, everything you would expect from a luxury car dealer and service department. As long as they keep working hard to make me feel like the most important person in the room, they will continue to have me as a loyal customer. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

VERY PROFESSIONAL SVC DEPT ,,Sam was Great !

From Beginning to End the Pepe Cadillac Dealership is amazing Friendly Knowledgeable Staff all around !! great experience, Kenny is helpful, honest and friendly.

Very professional dealership. Made buying my pre-owned MBenz a breeze. Never felt pressured. Kenny kept me apprised throughout the entire process and accommodated my request to have the Mercedes dealer complete an independent inspection of the vehicle. 2 minor critiques: - financing process - would've been nice to have a bit more transparency on the options in terms of rates and financing companies. Seemed like it was chosen for me. Also, the "up-sale" on the tire warranty didn't make financial sense, but they didn't push too hard on this. - plates/registration - took about 3 weeks to get the plates. Seems like a long time. They use a third party company to process the registration. Most dealers I visited treated me differently since I was purchasing pre-owned but not Pepe. Overall, very pleasant experience and would def recommend.
