Extremely Satisfied.
My recent experience with Pepe Cadilac, specifically John Gerardi was fantastic. Pepe Cadilac had the exact vehicle in stock and delivered it to me directly and at a great price. . John personally handled my transaction professionally and courteously. He was knowlegeable and inciteful and made a potentially stressful process pleasant and seemless. This is my 3rd successive cadilac. Its is the best Luxury vehicle on the road today.

All worked out in the end.
We had some difficulty in the beginning reaching an agreement on pricing. The dealer didn't want to meet the competitions price but after some back and forth all worked out and I was happy to purchase from Manager Jim and salesman Rick. I look forward to servicing my vehicle at this location.

Cadillac
Just want to say the service there is excellent. Everyone there is really nice. They make you feel welcome. There’s several Cadillac dealerships in nj but I prefer to drive over 45 mins to Pepe.

Sales
While in for a service visit I wet into the showroom to see my salesman John Gerardi. I have brought my last 3 Cadillacs from him and look forward to my fourth. I was asking him when the 2019's are coming in and a few questions about some changes to the models. He answered all my questions and told he will let me know when the new models will be coming in. As my extended warranty is coming up soon I look forward to my next Cadillac. This will be my eight Cadillac and look forward to purchasing it from Pepe.

Service visit was quick and "painless". Sam was extremely courteous and efficient. Couldn't have been easier. Took vehicle in at appointment time and picked it up a couple of hours later.
