The service department technicians SUCK!

The service department technicians SUCK!!!! The service manager and shop foreman are very dismissive. Had a wheel alignment done there and had to bring it back 3x for noise- took it somewhere else they said Pepe messed up my car. Foreman said Cadillacs aren’t what they use to be and squeak- xxx? My suspension and transmission was affected by their poor quality of work. The Pepe brand experience has gone to trash at Pepe Cadillac. Sue the CFObis nice, the receptionist is a doll the parts guy is professional and understands customer service, the service advisor (3rd from the door when dropping of vehicle is Awesome) but the Shop foreman Joe and Shop manager Ron are disrespectful, negligent, dismissive, harmful xxxxxx!!!

Bought car in August what a great experience. Have some stuff that needs to be taken care of through warranty and dealt with Frank Raniolo and with in minutes they had a member of service team call me to make an appointment. I am super happy with the customer service of Pepe Cadillac. Frank Thank You

Ideally, I did not want to even a give a one star for...

Ideally, I did not want to even a give a one star for this place. However, this was the only lowest star option. For starters, I inquired about a brand new escalade for 91,000. The man I spoke to asked what state I resided in. When I told him Washington state, he said "hold on a minute." He put me on hold and within seconds got back on the phone and told me that HE HAD TO RAISE the price to an additional 15,000 dollars. When I asked him why, he stated that I live on the other side of the U.S and that my state was in demand for such vehicles and that HE COULD. I have worked for many dealerships, managed several and have never been exposed to such lack of professionalism, and rudeness. I would not recommend purchasing from this dealership. Especially, if they have people working for them that takes no pride in treating customers with respect.

As discussed in detail, our dealership has decided not to sell 2021 Escalades out of the New York tri-state area at this time. As you are well aware, there is an extreme demand and shortage of this exceptional vehicle and we feel it’s important to take care of our local customers. Being from the West Coast, I am hopeful your local dealers will do the same for you. We apologize again if there was confusion during the initial conversation with the sales consultant as we were in the process of changing policy on all 2021 Escalade sales. As mentioned on our call, should product become more available in the near future, we will be open to selling outside of the New York tri-state area.

With all do respect, this was not what I was originally told from your salesman. It was ONLY disclosed to me AFTER I spoke to people higher up in the company. Does it make sense for one of your salesman to state that he would be willing to sale out of state to me on top of an additional 15,000 dollars on a 2021 Escalade?? This simply means that he was willing to sell, but because he knew that my state was of high demand for this vehicle that he would also raise the price as well. Therefore, what you are saying and what your salesman stated to me do not coincide. And if your policy was based on upping the price for an additional 15,000 dollars on top of the retail price of 91,000 dollars for this Escalade then as someone who managed several dealerships, this seems extremely unethical and immoral business practice.

Excellent Buying Experience

Pepe Cadillac is awesome! i had the pleasure of purchasing my New Cadillac XT5 from David Persaud. David made my entire experience as easy as possible. He was very professional and knowledgeable about their vehicles. Frank, the business manager was very thorough with the Contracts and made sure i understood what I was signing. Everyone at the dealership was extremely kind and accommodating. The dealership is very clean and has taken extra precautions during this pandemic to make their clients feel safe. I felt very comfortable buying from them! I am a SATISFIED customer and will be returning for my next lease!

Pepe Cadillac is awesome! i had the pleasure of purchasing my New Cadillac XT5 from David Persaud. David made my entire experience as easy as possible. Purchasing and Servicing at Pepe Cadillac

At 60 years old and an aptitude for driving, I have bought beyond my fair share of autos. I have bought and/or serviced them from a plethora of Dealerships. I have had plenty of issues with many of them and particularly after they sold you a car that you probably overpaid for, they seem to have a blatant disregard for you as a customer, thereafter. Having been turned on to purchasing my first Cadillac in 2010, I have since serviced or purchased from Pepe, seven more vehicles. In sales, David has been the consummate salesperson who understood my knowledge of cars and the process of buying, used no "sales tactics", and got me some terrific deals. Frank in Finance gives me the skinny, no aftermarket shenanigan's, I truly get what I need. Perhaps more importantly, the service aspect over the years can be a bear with all these cars. When it comes to service, Ron and his team are absolutely untouchable. They do only what needs to be done, gets it done right, and they do it with professionalism. The mechanics are fantastic and insanely knowledgeable. My current lineup includes four Cadu's so I find myself at the Dealership more than I can count. The only way to sum up going to Pepe, is like going to Sunday dinner with family. Kudos kids, great job!
