Awesome experience
It was only suppose to be a comparison offer on the day I went into PEPE Cadillac. But the end result was to good of a deal to walk away from. Price was right! The actual car I was shopping for was awaiting for me. Only thing was interior option was not as I had wished. But upon seeing and test driving I was sold and in like with the vehicle shown.

Very poor and dissatisfied service
I went to Pepe Cadillac I need my rim to get repairs and service advisor denied me having coverage for rim.when I call warranty company to find out why they denied.there response was that claim was never sent to them.

Mr. Saud, Thanks for your response. I’m not sure why you are surprised as the tire warranty company declined your claim before. You were in prior for this rim to be repaired and you were told at that time, the tire warranty would not cover the repair then. Due to repairs that YOU had made to the wheel that were done so poorly and unsafe, the warranty company would not honor the repair nor replace the wheel. So at the end of the day, I would have to say you will need to purchase a new or good used wheel and keep that rim off the car for the safety for you and others on the road. Easy, easy, easy!!
Everyone who helped us out took great care from the beginning. Rick called me with a great deal (after he said he would), Danny handled all our paperwork via text which was so simple, and frank in financial got us out quick and painlessly!! We have always leased from Pepe dealerships (Infiniti and Mercedes) so as far as our first Cadillac they surpassed my expectations!! We have been leasing from Pepe dealerships since 1999 so after 20 years and 15 vehicles they still exceed our high expectations! Keep up the great work guys! See you in 3 years!
