Cool Breeze

Efficient. Thorough. Courteous. Authentic. Temps had been in the 80's and the air conditioner was blowing hot air. Other nearby dealerships told me the soonest appointment would be in two weeks. Pepe squeezed me in within two days. It was my first time there, and I was expecting a sprawling property because of its location. And while space seemed severely limited inside and out, the property is efficiently designed and seems to function well. But the people are what really set it apart. Their desire to help was as authentic as their smiles and words. From the man who first checked me to Sam, the Service Rep, to the staff walking back and forth between the showroom and the service area, everyone created a warm welcoming experience. The two and half hour wait seemed to fly by.

Attentive

Pepe Cadillac is a lovely dealership, with staff that is considerate of your time and in helping to find what exactly your looking for. Daniel Gorlick, was the salesman I worked with and he couldn’t have been anymore accommodating!

Best car buying experience ever!

I went to Pepe Cadillac after seeing a used car they had for sale online. Throughout the entire process the staff at Pepe Cadillac treated me like family, and made me feel like my happiness was their number one priority, not making money like so many other dealers. My salesman David was incredibly professional and extremely knowledgeable and knew everything about the car I was looking to purchase, he walked me through all the cars features which with today's cars isnt an easy or quick task.

Excelent service

Helped me out very much , made me understand every step. Explained everything very throughly so that I wouldn’t be confused but I Didn't like how the car broken down in a week or 2 that was the only down fall but luckily they fixed the car in time.

Amazing support from the Pepe staff. From Marsela to Rick, to Kenny, to Frank. All made the process seamless. Very much appreciated. Also an honorable mention to Sam, who I've worked w for the last 3 years every time I had my prior ATS serviced.

Service

Pepe Cadillac staff are friendly and professional. They understand your concerns and resolve the issues effectively. I dropped my car in the morning, got a loaner. My car was ready the same day in the afternoon

The best service from a great Sakes person

Since David sold me my previous vehicle it was so easy to work with him. He was patient and showed me all of the aspects of my new vehicle.
