Not a good experience every time a go there
The work I want to get done they refused it,my car has so many problems and I bought it from them,there car are not certified as they say,they don’t work on there promise.i have rims an tire protection one of my rims was bend they said we won’t fix it buy a new one

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. When you initially brought your car in with a tire losing air, we inspected it and found that your rim would need to be repaired since it was cracked and bent. You declined our services, insisting you planned to get the rim fixed elsewhere. You later returned stating the car still had a vibration. We were happy to inspect your vehicle again and noted that the rim was in fact repaired but was still bent. As with most warranty companies, they require pictures and/or videos to be taken to verify with picture proof that the rim had been repaired previously and poorly prior to their authorization. As I explained to you, since there were no photo evidence, they cannot cover a rim replacement. We apologize for your frustration and hope that you are able to find resolution. Fast and courteous
The service manager was friendly and courteous and returned my car as described in an hour and a half. I like that the car was washed before it was returned to me.

First service in my car
It was my first time after moving cross country at this dealership. Everyone was really attentive and polite. The waiting area was clean, Jason was super helpful and took care of all of the issues I had with my car. Service was done the same day. Thank you for a pleasant experience

Pepe runs one of the smoothest service departments I've ever been too. Design to drop off vehicle is excellent as well as their customer service. Vehicle was ready when promised and everything was done well Would highly recommend Pepe to all!

Not a good place to do business
Yeah I know I signed the contract, I was stupid to get so rushed into buying the car. A car I could have gotten for thousands of dollars cheaper. I was stupid to get caught up into doing the business backwards. The service , now that's another story, wasting my time and informed that something will get fixed and then informed that the contract does not cover it. I supposedly have a certified car all a whole lot of other Bulls..t. What a huge mistake I made. I will never deal with this again in life. In the future I will go on my instinct. I do have something nice to say. I did like the salesman that work with me, and that's probably how I got sucker' in. But that's no excuse, well I have to live with it. I have to say the people I dealt with were nice people. Never again!!!!! The stars below do not reflect the friendliness but the business aspect of what went on! They both deserve 5 stars for being very friendly.
