Bought an ATS CPO had the pleasure of dealing with Tom McPhillips who was beyond expectation in his assistance. Tom never pressured us on purchase and did everything possible to make this process a simple and enjoyable one. Also dealt on day of delivery with Robinson who also was extremely helpful. The dealership is beautiful and exactly what it should be for a brand like Cadillac. It has tremendous power and handling, the car is built so well no body flex solid feeling doors absolutely no squeaks or rattles. I was in the market for a CPO Cadillac ATS, and couldn't find what I was looking for locally. My search took me to the Cadillac website and the perfect car with everything I was looking for showed up within driving distance-Pepe had a great selection of Certified used cars. The staff was great from the moment we walked through the door. Even the Sprinkler Control Room was clean and neat!!! I had concerns about a noise I would hear in my steering wheel. I own 2012 Cadillac CTS. Since it wasn't something that happened all the time It was hard for me to describe it; yet Sam seemed to understand exactly what my concern was. I left my car for its 50,000 mile check up as well. I picked my car up and every issue I had was addressed and repaired. I can not say enough about the service I received they are professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable!!
