After meeting john and explained i was purchasing a car for my father who was old school in which John new exactly what i was saying . I brought my father back to the dealer with me john immediately took to my father like they were old friends and made me feel happy to see my father getting the treatment he deserves . At 71 he has had many Cadillac's and for him to test drive the new one with all the new technologies was funny for me . After some negotiation with the finance guy john got us a great deal so i can afford to make this happen for my dad . Genesis Palonko and Ron are awsome people. I wasnt having a great week [DAY], then having an older car that with time needs specialized maintenance I was feeling done. Bought my car in decided to just spend the day sitting at their high class Lounge area. Not only did they sensed I was having a moment but Ron ask me why I was there waiting when it would take all day. After I responded I dont even no... Ron went away shortly after calling me and handing me the keys to a brand new 2017 ATS loner. That was nice. After returning later that day to pay. After an initial problem with the Service Department, the Service manager assured me that the problem was an aberration and that I should give the department another chance. I am glad to report that he was a man of his word. My next visit was flawless, and it was the stellar service I expected to receive.
