I had been thinking about changing my truck from an Infinity to a Cadillac XT5 but never did I imagined that I would do it in a couple of hours. It was love at first site when I walked into the showroom. The receptionist was so welcoming and made me feel very comfortable.. Then I met John Gerardi. He was like meeting an old friend whose only interest was to make me happy. He took his time while explaining every detail that this truck had. I knew then and there that I would become a Cadillac owner. Mr. Gerardi made sure that I understood everything he was telling me. We went for a test drive, again he was patient and that sealed the deal. Since getting my awesome truck, I have encouraged my friends to go to Pepe Cadillac and come home with a beautiful safe vehicle. I am so happy with my truck but more important I know I bought a truck from genuine people that care about their product and their customers. I came home with the truck, that same day. Buying a truck is a big deal. I am happy I made the right choice with Pepe Cadillac of White Plains and my friend John Gerardi. Did I tell you I love my XT5?

David sat with me and when over every detail with respect to the features of my new CTS6 in addition to noting the features in the 2014 CTS that I was turning in and carrying them over to my new CTS6. I had stopped in for some info on an extended warranty as mine was up very soon. I had talked to Robinson about some plans. He took the time to go over all the plans,the mileage limits and deductibles. I decided on a plan that best suited my needs. After that he explained the terms of the warranty relating to what was covered and not covered and about the rental. I was very grateful that he spent the time on me and made sure I got the warranty that was best for me.He told me if I ever have any questions to give him a call. From sales to service and buying this warranty the level of attention you receive from Pepe is second to none.

I worked with John Gerardi. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was a nervous buyer as I had always wanted a Cadillac and had always leased cars; this was my first Cadillac and as a demo it wasn't available for lease so I purchased it. I told John that I was glad he stayed in touch with me because I probably would have talked myself out of it! Meantime, I got a great price on a fantastic car. Hopefully my first Cadillac of many.......

Great dealer with a very luxurious atmosphere and friendly/driven staff. Purchased a Pre-Owned BMW with them. Would recommend to anyone searching for a car.
