Best Salesman Around
I have either purchased or helped family and friends purchase more cars than I care to count over the last 45 years and in all that time I have never encountered a more pleasant, honest, easy going, knowledgeable salesman than Frank Raniolo. After searching the internet, I found the right used car at Pepe Cadillac. The car was just traded in and had not been through their shop. After test driving the car and a thorough inspection I sat down with Frank to discuss any issues and concerns I had with the vehicle. Frank assured me that they could and would take care of every item. There was a minor delay in obtaining the title from the prior owner’s finance company. Frank kept me fully informed about the progress of the car through their service center and did everything possible to expedite the title. Frank kept every promise he made and either met or exceeded all my expectations. He took all the time necessary to explain every option when delivering the car. With Pepe Cadillac’s aggressive pricing policies the cars basically sell themselves. Frank is there to provide the quintessential car buying experience and help you through the process. I rate him #1. I was so happy with the experience that we are currently trying to work on a deal for my son. Robinson Rodriguez Pepe Cadillac's Finance Manager helped me get better financing than my Credit Union.

Another INCREDIBLE experience!!
This is a very easy review to write.!!! I already had a 2010 SRX, when I started going to PEPE CADILLAC. I needed some service on my truck, which was bought at a different Cadillac dealer in Queens.I was a single mother dealing with car issues that I never had to figure out prior moving to Westchester. Thats when I meet Ron Bald. Ron worked in service and made my visits to the dealership easy and NEVER over whelming. I never felt taken advantage of, he always looked out for my best interests, I trust him. And knew I was always in good hands....he had that "fatherly way"... which was so much appreciated. Years passed and I knew the time for a new car was approaching, even though the luxuries of a Cadillac is something I did't need, I knew I could imagine building new relationships with another dealership. I trusted Ron that he would help me get a new car and not allow me to be taken advantage of by a "typical salesman". Ron introduced me to Kenny Sternesky, who got me comfortably set up in a new 2017 SRX. Again I was treated as a part of the Pepe Cadillac family. As I previously stated I didn't NEED a luxury Cadillac but the thought of going to any other dealership wasn't worth the money I could have possibly saved each month....I suppose you get what you pay for! But the staff a Pepe take that to a whole new level . Lastly I have to mention 2 fabulous young ladies in the service department, Darcy and Genesis, they too are extrodinary . In a time when the "art" of customer service is at a low, Genesis and Darcy are a pleasure to work with . They always made sure I had a loner car that was easy for me to cart around my son , and all his stuff. And always have a friendly face and wonderful phone etiquette. My whole Pepe Cadillac exprience has been nothing less than STELLAR. Thank you Ron Bald, Kenny, and Robinson. Another BIG thank you has to go to Dillion in the service department, he has ALWAYS greeted me with a big smile as I drive into service and I know always takes special care of my car. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to a truly unique group of people at PEPE Cadillac, you are ALL appreciated!

Remo Balsamo - Excellent Service
I took my 2008 Chevy Impala to Pepe Cadillac to get serviced for a new gas pedal, a new air condition valve, and an inspection. Remo gave me a very fair price for everything. Would definitely come back and recommend to others.

Remo Balsamo & Genesis Polanco - Excellent Service & Team!!!
Remo Balsamo is AMAZING... After my being away for almost a year, upon my return I discovered numerous, serious, internal & external problems with my 2009 Cadillac CTS4, which Remo Balsamo quickly & very accurately diagnosed (everyone!!!); not to mention, all of the repairs were done fast, including the replacement of a cracked engine mount. And all of the interior issues were perfectly resolved with no damage or soiling of the interior seats, carpet, dashboard and etc. Genesis Polanco is GREAT... As the Service Consultant that helped me, Genesis Polanco accurately and methodically documented my long, laundry list of problems to ensure the Service Technician effectively understood the every issue. Her professional and kind demeanor made the whole process a very pleasant experience. I continue to very highly recommend Pepe Cadillac based on my experience with Remo, Genesis and the other team members over the years!!! P.S. I forgot to mention that my car was EXPERTLY washed (and I believe waxed or polished); my CTS4 hasn't looked this so good!!! I don't know who at Pepe Cadillac did it, but he or she should be commended. Thank you!!!

Ramo Balsamo
Ramo was very helpful with pinpointing my problem . He was quick efficient and solved my problem, very knowledgeable. He helped me keep the cost down. I would definitely go back to Pepe Cadillac.
