Had a very unusual event that turned out positive thanks to the wonderful folks at Napleton. My friend Harvey M. purchased a 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500 4wd with 110K miles. The truck was very nice. Less than 24 hours later, with less than 50 miles driven, we had to.pull off the side of I4 due to the transmission not working (no forward or reverse)! Had it towed to Napleton and it turned out the transmission was trash - unrepairable. Having purchased the truck "as is" he figured he was stuck with it. Unbelievably, Napleton management got together and they took it back, cancelled the loan and refunded the deposit! During that process, the sales rep, Frank L., found a 2018 Dodge RAM 1500 Hemi 5.7L 4wd with only 53K miles that was factory certified. My friend, Harvey M., ended up with the 2018 Dodge with full bumper to bumper warranty for around the same price as the 2017 Chevy! Now that was a very positive experience. Dawn Simmons was by far the best car salesperson we have ever had. Me and my husband have looked for and bought cars from multiple places and most of the time we feel like everyone is there and talking to us only for the money. Granted, we understand this is their job and how they get paid, it always lessens the experience. Dawn, from the beginning, did not put any added pressure on us to get something outside of our comfort zone or budget which made this always seemingly stressful experience into an enjoyable one. I am 8 months pregnant and we had our 2 year old son with us as well and she was extremely accommodating to our needs. Bought 2014 suv from them, first week went to certified mercedes Shop only to find out vehicle was unsafe to drive, tires had cord showing brakes were so bad They didn't want it driven and transmission was in need of service Shuddered when shifting and radiator was cracked. 2000 miles Later another $6000 in repairs, all total 10,000 dollars of repairs required in first 2000 miles, either there incompetent are unethical Certainly several of these issues would have shown up on any inspection by there shop, cord showing on tires and brakes shot Are basic issues that should be taken care of before selling a vehicle.
