Amazing experience! Billy was a great salesman... he was honest and upfront from the beginning, did not play games. He made sure to answer any questions I might have. Billy even called the day after I bought the vehicle to make sure everything was good. I highly recommend Billy as a salesman at Napleton.

Without a doubt this is the best facility in town

Where do I start! My interaction started online with Tyisha! She took the time to answer any and all questions that I had. Showed me what they had available and what was on the way that met my request. She then scheduled an appointment to meet with a VIP Manager. When I arrived at the dealership I was tired as it was an hour commute for me. I was immediately greeted and set up with a sales person. I was given Josas! I'm so glad that I was! He wasn't pushy at all! He was extremely patient! Understood my needs financially and was completely honest as to whether or not he and the Finance Manager could make a reasonable deal with them and the vehicle I desired. He mad himself available to me every step of the way. Even though I didn't make the purchase the first time I was there, and this was at no fault of theirs, he communicated with me the entire time. He provided me with his personal cell number and made me feel like my business was important. He made me feel like it was more than a sale to him! He shared my excitement in purchasing my dream car which was and is a 2021 Dodge Durango R/T Blacktop Edition! My second trip, I drove off the lot knowing I made a great deal! Everyone at this dealership was very professional and accommodating! I got an amazing deal on my trade, everything I needed to complete the transaction was done in person and remotely as I had to have a cosigner! I didn't have a million inquiries on my credit report either! If you are looking for a great deal and exceptional customer service then go see Josas at Napelton! He and the team will take care of you start to finish! I highly recommend them!

I spent at least three days working this dealership and...

I spent at least three days working this dealership and came to a deal on a 2021 unlimited sahara 4x4, snazzberry, altitude. I was told the vehicle was enroute to the dealership and would be destined for me to purchase. I arrived at the dealership to start the purchase process and the on duty manager gave me a song and dance on why I could not view the vehicle. In the end I was told the owner forced them to delivery my vehicle to their Kissimmee dealership to sell to someone else. A second vehicle was located and allegedly was destined for the dealership for me also. Again, the vehicle became unavailable to me. My sales representative Billy was outstanding and I believe things were out of his control. This was an awful experience.

Waste of Time

Let me start by saying I seldomly if ever leave a bad review. The sales rep via the internet and the showroom were helpful. But now I feel like it's all a horse and pony show. I called prior to coming to the dealership confirming the car was available since I was coming from 2 hours away and taking the afternoon off from work to do so. I was assured that it was there. Upon my arrival I was informed the car was no longer on the lot but if we agreed to the numbers they could get it there. We agreed to the numbers and even started all the paperwork only to inform me the car was sold during the time they told me it was available and doing paperwork. I am extremely disappointed with the experience and wast of 6 hours.

The vehicle was kind of trashed and was getting picked up for Auction. Went to Mullinax and bought a truck and was totally Ripped Off. Would not recommend Mullinax to anyone!

I did not hear anything when inquired about truck they...

I did not hear anything when inquired about truck they had. Drove an hour hoping truck was there. Was told truck was on test drive. When I went to leave salesman magically finds keys to the truck that was in the shop the whole time. They end up on the lower end on trade value and try to add an 1,100 dollar accessories fee to buyers order for wheel protection, dent protection and shadow paint.... I end up leaving and relayed to salesman very motivated to buy now. She said they wouldn't offer me anymore on my trade. Salesman sent me trade values with none of my options or even the right transmission. When I told the salesman the options could change the values in my favor the used car manager changed the KBB and NADA values from clean to fair and average in order for the trade values to stay low. GM emailed me, I wrote him about how I felt. Him or someone else called me and said they would get to the bottom of the trade value issue. Then I was asked if I wanted a fair trade value for my car would I be willing to pay 31,988 for their truck instead of the asking price of 28,988? Very bad business stay away!!!

It's been since Saturday. Tried to email GM and guess what..... crickets. Had a customer relations employee call me and act sympathetic to my situation and told me she would forward to management. For an experience that was unacceptable to them like response above they have done nothing to find resolution. I emailed GM I would accept a lower trade # and if they would wave the 1,100 dollar accessories fee that would get me close. Still nothing. Don't be fooled.
