Waste of Time
Let me start by saying I seldomly if ever leave a bad review. The sales rep via the internet and the showroom were helpful. But now I feel like it's all a horse and pony show. I called prior to coming to the dealership confirming the car was available since I was coming from 2 hours away and taking the afternoon off from work to do so. I was assured that it was there. Upon my arrival I was informed the car was no longer on the lot but if we agreed to the numbers they could get it there. We agreed to the numbers and even started all the paperwork only to inform me the car was sold during the time they told me it was available and doing paperwork. I am extremely disappointed with the experience and wast of 6 hours.

The vehicle was kind of trashed and was getting picked up for Auction. Went to Mullinax and bought a truck and was totally Ripped Off. Would not recommend Mullinax to anyone!

I did not hear anything when inquired about truck they...
I did not hear anything when inquired about truck they had. Drove an hour hoping truck was there. Was told truck was on test drive. When I went to leave salesman magically finds keys to the truck that was in the shop the whole time. They end up on the lower end on trade value and try to add an 1,100 dollar accessories fee to buyers order for wheel protection, dent protection and shadow paint.... I end up leaving and relayed to salesman very motivated to buy now. She said they wouldn't offer me anymore on my trade. Salesman sent me trade values with none of my options or even the right transmission. When I told the salesman the options could change the values in my favor the used car manager changed the KBB and NADA values from clean to fair and average in order for the trade values to stay low. GM emailed me, I wrote him about how I felt. Him or someone else called me and said they would get to the bottom of the trade value issue. Then I was asked if I wanted a fair trade value for my car would I be willing to pay 31,988 for their truck instead of the asking price of 28,988? Very bad business stay away!!!

It's been since Saturday. Tried to email GM and guess what..... crickets. Had a customer relations employee call me and act sympathetic to my situation and told me she would forward to management. For an experience that was unacceptable to them like response above they have done nothing to find resolution. I emailed GM I would accept a lower trade # and if they would wave the 1,100 dollar accessories fee that would get me close. Still nothing. Don't be fooled.
Not answering phone and no call back.
We called last night about 6:00 and no one would answer the phone. We left 3 messages and as of 4:00 today no call back. My husband accidentally put the Dav in the diesel. We had no idea what to do. Thats ok Bryan Dodge is taking care of it. They answered right away and was very helpful. We will be taking our truck there from now on.

This was my first experience w this dealership. I consider myself very fortunate to have VIP rep. Dawn Simmons be my sales consultant. The was an exceptional listener, knew the products and was patient with me as we test drove 3 vehicles and spent 4 hrs putting a deal together. I couldn't be happier with her service, the deal I negotiated and the "paperwork" was seamless. My only criticism ...upon delivery the vehicle had no windshield wiper fluid and the air cleaner was excessively dirty. In my thinking these were dealer items that should of been routinely handled ...and since I didn't check.. they were on me after I got home. I highly recommend reaching out to Dawn...she'll do everything she can to get ya the best deal possible.

I drop my truck on monday for a simple plug installations take a hole weeks the job they said supposed to be 1 days work call the dealer too many times and nobody answer my call just be transfer to a voice message and never call me back ,later spoked with the manager who supposed to contact me asap but never did ,call again and now they want to charge me twice for the job they already get pay because they miss it up and dont know how to came clean with the job if you guys out there thinking bring you vehicle to a dealer ship I encourage you to find a better place to go because this dealer when you go for the first time they treat you like a king but after they get you car you just have to sit and wait until they want to give it call or give you cars ,,,when there because somebody recommend it to me for installation of 7way plug just come back to the dealer because the plug don't work and I wish never going there in the first time and this is not anonymous customer my name is pablo and I so mad at the dealer because my bad experiences that I have it and nobody should be treated like that

Hi you give me this number and I call let's message and nobody calls me back, how about to give me my truck back and some time you guys answer phones for customers who need answers I have to drive 45 to get to the dealership and somebody said sorry that don't fix the problems for me 2 weeks to figure out a electric plug you guys did the installation and don't work and now my truck be in the dealership for 2 weeks that is ridiculous and stupid you want to do something my number is 203 726 6555 call me and find out what is the real problem

Disappointed
Went in to see a used vehicle on special for $1800. Had vehicle and brought to front. High mileage seats are middle row seats are missing. Other seats not in good shape but price is good. Final price to buy for cash, and I had my own plates to transfer, $3587. So much for good deal or special. I walked out will not go back and unless you are looking for new, cause that i do not know. Stay for used cars.
