Over the past year I have purchased 9 vehicles for my company and myself. Chad Hartman had been great to work with.

They lie and sold us a piece of crap vehicle that the key fob does not work and refuse to give us another one. We can't even unlock the truck. I do not recommend..... Liars and thieves.

Napleton of Clermont always amazes me with their service. We go out of our way to purchase our cars and have our cars serviced here because of their customer service, honesty, and understanding. A couple of days ago I ran into an emergency and was extremely panicked and Tommy assisted me. He understood my urgency, figured out a solution and a backup solution (just in case) and the next day my car was fixed. This is not the first time they have worked with me on car situations where other previous dealerships left me in tears. We have now been coming here for 5 years and will continue with our children s cars. I always recommend this place to my friends and family.

We were looking for used cars to buy for our business. This dealership had a vehicle we were interested in. Before we walked in, we were greeted by MIke, sales guy. Actually, he greeted my boyfriend & absolutely ignored me. At no point did he look at me or acknowledge me. Then when he returned from finding the car, he proceeded to walk us out. At the last minute he throws over his shoulder, "oh, what was your name again". I was snarky and clear that he had never asked for it. Then when going over the car, I immediately see the passenger locks are not working. He basically treats me like I do not know how to work a lock. We had already told him we had a few of this make and model. But when my boyfriend confirms that he agrees with me, he switches to "I'm not going to pretend there isn't anything wrong, might be a short". Hmm 2 min ago you were demeaning me and acting like I did not understand locks. Since I am the one paying for the car, I am not happy with how this is going (yeah Mikey boy, me, the woman you ignored is the one doing the cash sale). Then he starts to say how it would be so much more expensive if everything worked. Lol. Once again Mikey boy, you were not listening. We have bought multiple of the same make and model for our business. We know what they cost used and the condition we expect. And what defects are acceptable cause our mechanic can fix them. Upshot; he MIGHT be a good salesman for a guy. If you are a woman, give someone else the commission. He does not deserve it. Place looked nice and other than they keep Mike employed, seems like an ok dealership. And my bf was not a Mikey fan either. Needless to say, we did not buy the xxx he showed us, which totally did not match the description.
