I dont know how to properly thank Josh or Russ Darrow for

I dont know how to properly thank Josh or Russ Darrow for the time and effort they put in to getting me a vehicle. Josh was great, patient, understanding, and down-to-earth. I felt comfortable and Josh helped keep my 10 yr old daughters ADHD from going bonkers. My brother said he gets all his vehicles through Russ Darrow and he is a business owner. Now, my parents may need help from Russ Darrow to help with their situation. I can't thank Josh or the rest of the crew for helping me out. Being on a fixed income, disabled, 53 yrs old, single parent with a 10 yr old special needs child is very tough. I needed a stable vehicle and I drove away with one.

Took advantage of a woman buying a car for the first

Took advantage of a woman buying a car for the first time. Added things in contract without explaining them. Took 4 1/2 hours to finalize did not get half the paperwork .

Good afternoon, I apologize for the less than perfect experience. Buying a car can be overwhelming, and i apologize the cadence left you feeling taken advantage of. We strive for everybody to have a complete understanding of the documents that you sign. Please stop in and Rob will go over the documents with you again, and we can make sure he gives you a copy of each document as he goes over it. If you still have trouble understanding i will sit in as well and see if i can clear anything up. If there are any mistakes or if you did not want a service contract for your vehicle, we can make sure you are refunded 100%. If you wanted to stop in please do anytime. Sales team did a competent job but having issues getting

Sales team did a competent job but having issues getting a second key fob. We're not told there was only one key fob until the deal was done and we were picking up the car. Still trying to work through this issue.

I will be visiting the Mitsubishi dealership in Waukesha on Tuesday 6/24 at 8:00am to have the service team attempt to program a second key fob. However we were told there are no guarantees it will work, and there would be a $120 charge whether successful or not. I would think a dealership as large and reputable as Russ Darrow would be able to accommodate this relatively small request. Our expectation is that a 1 year old car should have been sold with 2 working key fobs to start with. At a minimum we'd expect a fob we purchased could be programmed at no charge to us.
