I phoned dealership to be sure the car was still
I phoned dealership to be sure the car was still available due to the fact I would be coming from an hour away... I was assured that it was still available and was given an appointment. Received several text messages during my drive to the dealership how they were excited for me to test drive and blah blah blah. I arrived 15 min early for my appointment and was directed to a sales person.. not one I had been conversing with.. explained everything and was waiting to see the vehicle I just drove over an hour to test drive and most likely going to purchase... I was then told by this salesperson that the car was sold that MORNING and no longer available. I was told sorry and that was it... Wouldn't deal with them again even if they paid me.... how absolutely horrible to do that to someone.

After days and days of fretting about what car to buy I
After days and days of fretting about what car to buy I finally pulled the trigger and got a new one from Russ Darrow Mitsubishi yesterday and I’m so glad I did! Rob did a great job at helping me get the best deal he could and I’m so happy that he made the process smooth and wayyy less scary than any other car I’ve purchased. Rigo the salesman was super helpful with teaching me how to use my new tech and getting me on my way quickly. I would send my grandma to either of these guys to get a new car because they treated me so well!!
