Very fair and refreshingly low pressure sales

Very fair and refreshingly low pressure sales environment. No one is hounding you or trying to force a vehicle on you that you don’t want. They gave me a very fair trade-in value, and my sales associate was very nice and helpful. I’ll definitely be going back to her for my next truck.

About a year ago, I started to look at the latest version

About a year ago, I started to look at the latest version of the Mitsubishi Outlander Hybrid. Rob was the one who initially told me all about it. Took a test drive, and checked on available lease rates periodically - with help from Rob and Chris. Just came back to the dealership and got a lease deal put together, thanks to Rob and Dan. Appreciate all the fine folks at Russ Darrow.

I had a good experience purchasing a car here. The salesman was friendly, professional and able to answer all of our questions. I feel like we came to a fair price for the vehicle we purchased. All-in-all I would recommend this dealer.

My sales consultant Malvin Silva-ables made the process

My sales consultant Malvin Silva-ables made the process of buying my car so simple. He was very helpful and informative and made the process of buying my new vehicle so smooth and easy. I'd definitely recommend Russ Darrow for anyone looking for a reliable new or used vehicle. This is my 2nd time purchasing from them and I plan on returning again when I'm ready to upgrade. I was also very impressed with the upgraded technology Robert introduced me to when going over all the legals an signing everything. Compared to the last time I bought a car the new technology made signing all the paperwork a breeze.

Will keep going back

Great place to keep going back too for all my service needs even for my oil change always prompt and keep me up to date , the big for me is they don?t try too sell you extra stuff and they let you know when something needs to be done in more than a timely manner , keep it up RDM
