Definitely recommend

Definitely would recommend this place in the future. Made this car buying experience much better for me than my first time buying a car. Definitely appreciate how much I was taken care of and the fact they took what I wanted and helped me find the perfect car for me

I purchased a 2012 Chevy Cruise and didn't do a warranty

I purchased a 2012 Chevy Cruise and didn't do a warranty package. I got home I can't open the middle console and the key fob was damaged and the CD player doesn't work. Can I get these fixed by your dealership at your cost?

My recent visit with the Russ Darrow service department

My recent visit with the Russ Darrow service department is one of the best I have ever experienced. Marvin, the service advisor, followed through promptly on all of my questions and concerns and offered great solutions at a fair price. I can't say enough good things about my experience except to say I definitely will be back again. The great service includes a nice chat I had with Nicholas in the Sales Department while I was waiting.

Go somewhere else - Terribly managed dealer

two months without a car - gave me such a hard time to get my transmission replaced at 46k on the car.
