No hassle experience with this dealer . They honored the price that was on line which was very different from the price on the sticker. There were some parts missing from the car that they did not know about , they said that they would get them but I offered to buy and let them reimburse me which they did very promptly. I was pleased that they followed through with their promise on their own, I didn't have to call them one time.

After an unfavorable experience at another dealership my husband found a car on the Automax Atlanta website that we both liked. He reached out and spoke with Manny who told him to come on in. I couldn't get there until a few minutes before closing but Manny and everyone in the office were very patient. They allowed us to take our time to throughly inspect and test drive the vehicle. Of course it was late, raining and we had to move my son's car seat from one vehicle to the other but not one sign of impatience was shown. Even at the end of a long day you could tell Manny is ENTHUSIASTIC about making deals and keeping his customers SATISFIED. After everything was said and done we got a LOWER interest rate, a car with FEWER miles and a WARRANTY. This turned out to be a much better EXPERIENCE and PURCHASE than we would've gotten at the previous dealer. There were a few things we had to return to the dealer for and with each visit Manny was just as ENTHUSIASTIC and ATTENTIVE. I had been interested in buying a Honda Fit for a few years, but I was waiting for a great price on a low mileage used car. I have been checking multiple dealerships intermittently and finally found what I was looking for. I went straight to Automax and Samuel assisted me make the purchase after I took a test drive. Roger did all the paperwork. Altogether it was an extremely easy process. I was treated with more professionalism and courtesy than when working with a few of the larger Honda dealerships in the city. Thank you for Automax, I finally have the fuel efficient car I want and need.

I drove to the Automax Atlanta to see if the Sales guy Kent was real. I walked in and we were laughing right away. My experience was fun and I never felt the pressure like I was buying a car. Thanks Kent for my new Lexus!

Polite, professional, and very helpful that's what I can say about Shane and his service at this car dealership. I like the straightforward way of them getting to the deal.

If you ever make it to AutoMax please make sure you ask for Annette- manager and Manny - sales rep. These were 2 outstanding individuals. I emailed to check on a vehicle and Annette responded right away and when I saw manager I immediately said wow. Needless to say drove out there the next afternoon to see if the vehicle was still available. Upon me going to the door Manny was out there and greeted me with Buenos Dias, Buenos Noches, Buenos Tardes... I replied mhm all of those hello, he followed us inside and asked if he could be of assistance I said yes I'm here to see Annette He walked to Annette and introduced me. Annette replied saying so you received my email I said yes. Is the vehicle still available she it is and asked Manny to bring it to the front. Manny showed me the specs of the vehicle and we took it for a test drive. This bar far the best test drive I've ever taken. Manny was very thorough and I appreciate that. We got back to the office and I immediately said I want it. Granted I gave Manny a hard time but his temperament never changed this was no cut throat deal. He actually took his time made sure I was ok. He ask the other manager Ray to come over for the loan process. It was completed and I proceeded to "JJ" Mr James J whom I signed my paper work with. Yet another pleasant individual. If there was a scale of 1-10, I would give them a 10.

Excellent experience. Received a fair price for my trade in, got an excellent price on the car, and received excellent customer service. The entire staff was very friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed chatting with the gentleman in financing. I've purchased several vehicles and this has been the most pleasant experience so far. P.S. their photographer is bomb!
