I visited Automax 3 times before deciding to purchase my Jeep Rubicon. Their approach is professional and low key. I was given the freedom to spend as much time looking and analyzing. I was treated in a very respectful manner throughout.

I visited Automax after shopping extensively for a 2014 Lexus GS 350. What I found attractive about Automax were the above average reviews I found online about the dealership, the salesmen/saleswomen and the quality of the products. As soon as I arrived I was greeted professionally and personably; the staff treated me as if I just came home; yet the salesmen did not pressure me in anyway. The vehicle you're looking for can be purchased anywhere I'm sure but I recommend Automax Atlanta to anyone who is looking for an honest and even entertaining environment as well as a wide selection of quality products; many of which are still under warranty.

I took my daughter there to purchase a vehicle that we saw online which was a Pontiac G6 2006, and when we got there the person that was working was okay but, later he went inside and come back and said you was approved if she would put down 1300 dollars. I ask if this was a cash car he did not answer he proceeded to talk about financing. So, he proceeded to do the financing which added 1000 + to the cost of the car that was $2995 and that is what attracted us to the lot. The car need a few thing like tires and change the oil which they replace the tires but did not change the oil which was not done. We went back there because the light for oil change came on and the person over the sales said the he was tired of us. Not only that but he was sick of us. It is a used car and there are going to something wrong. He also told us to look at the type of car they sale they do not have time to mess around with this car it was placed on the website for quick sale. He aIso said that they have only one mechanic and they do not have time to mess with this car. I have had some bad experience at car dealerships but this top them all. I would not recommend anyone to purchase a used car from them. Because if they asked like this with this car I certainly would not purchase any high end vehicle from them please take heed.

Upon reading the bad reviews I found hope when I saw Issac Hernandez. After meeting him and my dream car that I fell in love with, I became less skeptical than I was before giving them a try. He is very patient and knows how to provide an exceptional customer service. Because of him I consider myself a lifetime customer despite the bad reviews this dealership has.

I inquired about a vehicle via email and was contacted via email as I requested. I did not feel pressured to purchase a vehicle that I was not interested in. The deal didn't work out but I would contact them again.

I found Automax Atlanta (AA) online because they offered several vehicles that I was interested in at a far better price to competition. I got to work with Shazam and Tyce, who both did an awesome job working with me to find a car with a search that was not narrowed down. I came back to AA three times that week to test drive different vehicles since they had so many in one location, and not once did I feel pressure to make a purchase. The best thing I can recommend and say why I enjoyed my experience here is that all cars have a price range for what you want, but AA will work with you to get the best deal. For example, you will not be able to get a name brand luxury car at a base model sedan price, but if you have an idea what you want to spend on a car they will be able to maximize your $ for what you are looking for without trying to convince you why you need another car. Once I made the decision the process was flawless.

I called to set up an appointment to go see a car the gentleman ISSAC HERNANDEZ answered the phone and not only did he have the car that I wanted to look at it he had also had other cars similar lined up for me to test drive when I got there he was a wonderful professional not pushy very knowledgeable and I left there feeling like no matter when I need to purchase a vehicle again this is where I will buy it from, The longest time took for me to test drive all the vehicles the process was over within 30 minutes after I had made up my mind which vehicle I was going to purchase I wait this dealership and ISSAC HERNANDEZ 5 STARS

I was purchasing for the best deal that I wanted.Great service and all the cars in a very condition I checked at least four cars and all of them they were looking clean good tires. I will recommend this dealership
