I drove 12 hours total to pick up my new vehicle that I found on-line. Once I arrived at the lot the salesperson LaKeem and his sales manager Stephen took great care of me. Both were genuinely nice and made sure I left a happy customer on my journey back home.

NOT SATISFIED!!!!!!!
My wife and I visited Automaxx to look at a Toyota Sienna that we saw on the website. We came on a Sunday afternoon and met with Alex who asked Sean to help (great guy). We test drove the van and I noticed a few things wrong with it (missing antenna, cracked taillight, and tire pressure monitor light on). Once I mentioned these things to Alex he informed me that we could bring the vehicle back within 30 days to fix ANY problem that we found and the dealership would make repairs. I returned two days later ready to negotiate when I noticed a "dealer service fee" of $599.00 that was not included in the advertised price of the vehicle. I mentioned this to Alex and told him that according to law the dealer fee must be already included into the advertised price. After getting this situated I came by ready to sign the papers and looking for Alex but was told by Omar that he no longer works at the dealership and that he would assist us. I asked about the missing antenna, cracked taillight, and the tire pressure monitor light and he said that Alex did not order the parts however he would order the parts if I gave him a good review on the internet which I agreed. When antenna and taillight arrived I waited two more weeks to see if anything else was wrong with the van when my wife called me and told me about a loud grinding noise that the van was making and was afraid to drive it. That evening I drove the van and heard the loud noise so the next day I took it back to the dealership and spoke to Sean who called the mechanic and told him about the noise that it was making who diagnosed the problem as bad brakes and rotors without driving it. Omar came in, we told him about the problem. He stated that it was a used car and we bought the car as-is. I told him that Alex promised that we had had 30 days to bring the car back for repairs but Omar stated "I cant control what the salesmen say to make a sale" but shortly after a heated discussion on the salesfloor he agreed to repair the brakes and rotors again asking for a good review on the internet. Once my wife picked up the van and began to drive she noticed the noise was still there so she quickly returned to the dealership which is when Omar decided to drive it himself. After driving the van Omar said that it was a bad wheel bearing which was covered under the factory warranty then offered the number to his mechanic if Toyota wouldnt cover it.The next day I called Toyota who informed me that the factory warranty expires after 36,000 miles. Needless to say I had to pay to get the repairs done, the antenna was only 2 inches long and had no reception, and the tire monitor light is still on.

At that same time you failed to mention that I did give you my cell phone number also that if for any reason Toyota does not cover that under warranty please call me as wheel bearing is the part of the powertrain warranty on Toyotas which is five years or 60k whichever comes first in your car Only had 30 something miles so it should be covered in the warranty this is why I gave you my cell phone number
Awesome Service!!!
This was the absolute smoothest car buying experience I've had. Alex (sales) and Stanley (finance) were terrific. We knew that we would have to buy a new car soon when we stopped in here. We weren't actually planning on buying that day, but Alex and Stanley made it easy for us. We left with the vehicle that I really wanted. There was no pressure. Everyone was extremely helpful and pleasant. I would definitely buy from them again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a like new "off lease" vehicle. They seem to only sell good, reliable cars.

Does not pay off trade-ins. BEWARE!
I purchased a car from Automax Atlanta on November 7th. They still haven't paid off my trade. I have contacted them without result. My previous finance company hasn't heard anything from them nor have they received the payoff. Shady dealership.

STAY AWAY!!
My husband and I came to this dealership with a particular vehicle in min. At this location they had two that was available for purchase. I asked if we couldve test drove vehicles and I was assured that I can. My husband test drove one and then we requested the keys for the other vehicle. I was told that I wasnt unable to test drive the other vehicle until I filled out a credit application. The Sales Manager and his assistant tried to assure me that it wont affect my credit score and also it was just to tell them what they can offer my family, which was a complete lie, running your credit ALWAYS affects your credit score. Well, I guess I looked that stupid. These people are hypocrites. I wont recommend them to anyone. Especially the sales manager, he's FULL of crap. I never knew that there was a law against me test driving a vehicle prior to doing a credit application. People beware, Stay away from this place.

Fantastic Experience!!!
This has been an awesome experience purchasing our Toyota Sequoia Platinum SUV. Starting with the sales (lady) Annette Wiggins, she was very patience well versed about inventory. She located the vehicle on the lot because this was an internet find for me. The truck was in excellent condition great price! The next step the Sales manager Omar is truly the finance guru. Down to the final signing of documents Stanely was very informative going over each contract. This was the icing on the cake. One day later Stanley called with an even better interest rate!!! Came back in signed new docs one year off financing lower monthly payment. This team at Automax Atlanta works overtime for it's customers. Omar provided the family with four new headsets for entertainment package not used headsets. I've enjoyed my experience at Automax Atlanta I personal would refer more people to them!!!!

Finding the car I wanted on the website, I spoke with Joel. He was always pleasant and patient as I asked several questions over the next 2 days. I had to make a decision as I live in Florida and he was my "eyes" although the pictures of the vehicle were the best of any dealership I searched on line.. He kept in touch with me while I drove to Atlanta and had the car/paperwork ready as promised upon my arrival. I appreciate the professionalism, honesty and interest shown by the people involved with this sale. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the service given.
