Deception, Lies, and Customer-Last
We were deceived and lied to by this dealer to sell us a car. On first calling the dealership about and internet-advertised car, I was told the car was an off-lease car with no issues. After negotiating a sales price, my wife traveled the 3 hours to purchase. During the purchase they kept saying they just couldn't print out the CarFax. When she saw the 1st page on the salesperson's computer screen showing an Accident indicator, he said "the" incident was probably just a fender bender. She noted some scratches on the windshield and was offered $100 as compensation. However, when she presented the check to pay, they said the price was higher than what was agreed, so took part of the $100 to cover that!. With paperwork already signed, she left with the info folder and came home. When we looked at the carfax that had been included we noted that the car was a repossession, not a lease! And, there were 3 accidents instead of "the" one. We contacted the dealer first thing the next day. We wanted to simply return the car. They told us they could easily sell it anyhow when we were negotiating. However, they refused. To quote their sales manager "You do you due diligence before buying the car". Is due diligence not asking questions about the car and expecting a business to tell the truth. I would not trust this dealership as a source for even a floormat for my car.

I dont get it how its deceptive when we advertise every car with free carfax available online and we did showed ms lane the carfax when she asked and also gave her printed copy with the paperwork. I dont see a better way we could have handle this as far as returning the car we just dont have a return policy

I worked with the Automax team, Omar and Jeorge Guerrero and both are rock star salesman! I'd recommend Automax in the future for anyone's next car buying experience. I'm a true customer, who got a great deal on a practically new Honda, with no pressure sales tactics. The team stayed late to help us get what we wanted for our trade in and get all our paper work and numbers worked out. Awesome, would definitely recommend again!

Despite my indecisiveness, Jeorge remained patient and calm and showed me every car I wanted to see with a smile. Excellent service
I was sold my car by Savil Melendez and he did a great job selling me my Jeep Grand Cherokee. He never put any type of pressure on us to buy the car and was very informative when it came to knowing about the vehicle. He is a very skilled salesmen that has a bright future in the car industry.

Unorganized/ Dishonest
Lakeem is the worst sales associate on this planet. Very unorganized and never returns calls. Omar (manager) is very friendly however this company is very dishonest. During the sale I requested a spare key. The company insisted that I would have it prior to leaving. I drove to NC to find out the spare key was a completely different key. A key for another vehicle. I mailed the incorrect key back and was told I would be receiving the correct key. It has been over 3 weeks and still no spare key. I have called a numerous of times. Finally, Lakeem stated we never had a spare key. Apparently the keys they have are associated with the wrong VIN number. Be aware of this company and there shenanigans!

Very good experience
Met with sells rep Annette Wiggins, chose the car and did the paperwork within an hour. Would use this company again. Everyone was very professional and respected my time. Purchased a 2014 Hyundai Equus , hope the Hyundai experience is as pleasurable.

Great experience!
I just bought a 2013 Toyota Camry from Automax, and I was pleasantly surprised how painless and pleasant the experience was. I found them through USAA, so I already had a degree of trust from the beginning. Although unwilling to negotiate on the price, I feel that they gave me a fair deal for my trade-ins, and the car I bought was already priced very competitively from the shopping I had done through the USAA car buying service. Only reason I give four instead of five stars is because they seem a bit disorganized. I was bounced around between several sales people, including the sales manager, so I never was clear on who I needed to talk to. Their parking lot also has way too many cars, making it difficult to get in and out. I understand they will be expanding soon, so this should be fixed then. Overall, Annette, Omar, Alex, and a few others treated me well and made the process as stress-free as possible. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality used car at a good price.

Quick and easy transaction !!
Found our new Lexus IS250 online - called and dealt with Alex. Alex was super. Drove over 150 miles on a Saturday to complete the deal. Car was EXACTLY as described. Was at the dealer for about an hour and a half. Completed the transaction and drove the car back home that day. The entire process was rather quick and easy. I would have NO PROBLEM recommending AutoMax of Atlanta! Deal with Alex, he was awesome!
