Had a verbal, "out the door" price agreement with sales manager to buy a car on Monday evening, pending a favorable Tues am independent inspection. Test drive complete. When the inspector arrived, Tues am, the car was sold. When, I confronted him, he claimed that the car was purchased through internet sales. They could have at least called and allowed me to make a counter offer. They broke a verbal contract. Where is the honesty, integrity, and character in this transaction? DON'T BUY A CAR HERE-BUYER BEWARE!

We had a great experience at Automax with Lakeem and Omar. The staff was friendly and helpful without being pushy. They had a good selection and were very knowledgeable and professional. We will be back the next time we purchase a vehicle.

We came from another dealership that would not honor the price that was listed on the internet, mind you it was on there for about a month, but the manager Mike said it was a "typo". Typo my @#$%. So we sat in their parking lot and found Automax. We drove there and we saw the truck that we liked, very nice, but Alex the salesperson mentioned a truck that just came in and really didn't want to show us because it was still dirty and needed cleaning but he showed us the vehicle anyway and THAT WAS THE TRUCK for us. A big thanks to Alex and Omar. We WILL buy our second vehicle from them again. Thanks Automax.

Just purchaced a vehicle a few weeks ago. Great vehicle & great price. Enjoying my new car so far. Although i say I liked the car but the staff is a bit shady, I was helped by a female Sales Representative with light hair and I felt like she was doing a little bit extra for me to buy the vehicle. I am a married man with kids and i did not like the way she presented the car and the way she presented her self,I felt like she was kind of coming on to me in a way for me to buy the vehicle.
