I found Automax Atlanta through an ad online. They had a very well priced cars, in particular, a 2012 Honda Odyssey that I was interested in, so I went to test drive. Overall the car was in very good shape, but need a couple touch ups (side fender, chipped mirror, break pads a bit soft, etc). Alex was my sales rep and he was very accommodating, and worked hard to meet all my requests to get the car in the shape I wanted to purchase. He was very friendly, professional, and responsive. I had a good experience with AutoMax Atlanta, and purchased the 2012 Honda Odyssey. I would recommend you ask for Alex if you shop there. He will do everything he can to get you what you need.

They had a very well priced cars vs the market in the area, in particular, a 2012 Honda Odyssey that I was interested in, so I went to test drive. Overall the car was in good shape, but need a couple touch ups based on my own inspection (side fender, chipped mirror, break pads a bit soft, etc). Alex was my sales rep and he was very accommodating, and worked hard to meet all my requests. He was very friendly, professional, and responsive. Post sale, the back brakes started squeaking really bad, and I was told by multiple auto parts stores, and a mechanic friend, the back rotors were shot and need to be replaced. Also, the new brake pads they put put on were cheap (semi metallic), so I had to replace those with better quality ceramic pads, to quiet the braking as well. I had to come out of pocket an extra $250 total, post sale, to get it in the right condition I expected before I drove off the lot. That being said, they cars are well priced, and they are used, so you have to expect imperfections. I would just suggest if you shop here, make sure you or your mechanic ask all the right maintenance questions up front, and the proper service is deployed, before driving off the lot. In the end, I still got a great car at a great price, but should have been a bit more diligent in my inspection, with the price for the car being lower than normal. Live and learn.

We are very happy with our Honda Odyssey. Alex was very informative and a great help throughout the entire process. We would definitely recommend this dealership to others as they have a great selection of vehicles(with low mileage).

Alex was very helpful and patient with alusl my questions and concerns. He showed me lots of options and worked with me on financing and buying the best car for my family. The manager was also very accommodating in closing the deal. I felt like they were upfront in the deals they could make without the typical sales tricks and delays. I am pleased with the experience and would highly recommend them.

I purchased my 2011 Lexus IS 250 just over 2 weeks ago at Automax and had a great experience. I had been shopping around for this model car at the dealers in town and at Carmax, and even test drove a few elsewhere. My search brought me to Automax because I couldn't find the color combination I wanted anywhere else. I came across Automax through my online searching and found the car I was looking for, as well as a killer price. I live in downtown Atlanta, so Lilburn seemed like a hike, but really not much further than any other dealership. I do a lot of research before buying a car, and this car, and it's history was right on par with what I wanted to buy. I called and spoke to Stanley the day before I stopped by, and he was ready for me the next day when I came to test drive the car I found online. I didn't feel any pressure whatsoever, and the finance experience with Anna was great, she is so sweet. During and after the purchase of the car, I have to say that Stanley really followed through with what he said he was going to do, and I truly appreciated that. Also I have to give a heads up to the woman that works on titles, I called a few times and she was always friendly and ready to answer my questions. This is not a gold lined Lexus dealership with a snobby staff, but Automax is certainly worth it's weight in gold. Ps, I absolutely love my car, just make sure you do your research beforehand. The only reason I didn't give all 5 stars across the board is because I didn't get an answer to an email I sent, so there is always room for improvement.

I recently bought a car from Automax and I am pleased with my purchase.However that being said, when I originally called about the car, I was told by Stan, that the car was in good condition, everything worked,and the only blemish was the fading of the paint. When I arrived at the dealership, I noticed a 16 inch piece of door molding that was missing. I asked and received a shrug. Later driving the car home, I learned that the speedo and tach did not work. The check engine light was on, radio and passenger power window did not work.and a damaged battery was placed in the car. I would go back to Automax, however I would be more diligent in assessing my purchase. Scott Prescott

Bought a used 2012 Hyundai genesis from automax. Worked with Alex and Omar who were genuine people and friendly, after negotiations of course. They did what they could to make the deal happen. Definitely would recommend this dealership.

I bought a 2012 Honda Odessey for my wife and Alex was tremendous at walking me through each car, telling me all the specs and even pulling each car into the sun, he also mention that one of the cars had a fender bender, which I thought was exteremly honest.I would not have known, he also washed the car himself as the detailer had went home for the night and he wanted car to look nice as I was surprizing my wife..class act Alex is. Omar was great at getting me an amazing interest rate, and working fairly with me on my trade in even after the deal the was done, I had signed all the paper work and was leaving when Omar found me another bank that would do it for 1% less,, LET ME BE CLEAR... deal was done, paperwork signed, I was leaving, he didnt have to start over (on his day off) to save me a few dollars but he did period.. I was searching for my car for several months, visited six dealerships in person to get my car appraised, and to test drive my (future) vehicle. None were the color I wanted. I randomly happened to check cars.com one last time before I made a trip out of state. I believe Allah provides, when your heart is pure. The car I wanted in the rare color I wanted, with super low mileage, in excellent condition, and it was the upgraded model for the same price. They beat out CarMax trade in value just to help me get the car. The only thing that kept it from a perfect rating, was my OCD in cleanliness. I would have liked to see the car be a little cleaner. Then again, they just put the car up the day before I visited. But hey it wouldn't be a helpful review without some way to improve! And it's honest! Not only would I do business again, I will be calling for their advice on keeping the car in mint condition because they know what they're doing, at least for my car!

Annette Wiggins was great, very friendly and knowledgeable ! There were many quality vehicles to choose from. The manager/owner gave us a good price on trade the first time, we did not have to haggle over the amount. The financing was quick, Anna did a great job! Great experience! If you are looking for a late model used auto I highly recommend this dealership!
