Stanley was a great representative. Some people have arrogant people working at dealerships but Stanley was very friendly and if I went there again, I would like to deal with him.

Stanley is the best. No pressure, yet very informative. Customer service is everyone's first priority. No one tries to slide anything in on you, but actually make sure you have what works for you. I will be a repeat customer.

Had great customer was. But was told I was approved and emailed saying I was approved. But later was told I wasn't approved by the bank. Which I didn't understand at all

I was an out of state buyer, about 800 miles away, when either talking on the phone or over the email, they would answer my questions but not all, try and dodge them or never supply a truthful answer. Car reported minor accident when it had about 500miles, service records were from Lexus but not seeing the car in person just Stanleys comforting word of "just regular wear and tear" I flew out there to finally buy it after putting down a deposit. After owning the car for couple of days I started noticing problems so I started looking in detail at things, Stanley regular wear and tear turned into missing under-panels ($900), messed up all tires due to not done alignment ($1000), rear 255's switched to front and front (235) to rear, they would not fit correctly and would hit the control arm when turning. Front windshield being badly replaced, front bumper not lining up with fenders, fenders not lining up with hood, paint overspray so car was in some kind of collision, rear bumper not lining up with rear fenders and trunk-lid, drivers side door seemed like they were pried open by something, thus not correctly line up and now emitting annoying rattle on every pothole. Please pay a dealer mechanic or a certified mechanic to inspect the car before you buy, these people however nice they seem, they are not your friends nor are they even remotely honest, they are scammers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!

Needed a minivan for my brand new family and needed it fast and hassle free. Great website showed me exactly what I wanted. Upon arriving, dealt with Alex who got us driving home in the minivan I wanted in an hour and fifteen minutes. No hassle. Super friendly. Went above and beyond in all respects. Highly recommend!!

Needed a good set of wheels in a flash. Had looked for a couple weeks all over the Atlanta area. Was hassled by the big car dealerships to the point of exhaustion. Worked with Stanley, who was absolutely calm, cool, honest, and no bs, that you get everywhere else. Stanley and Ana worked quickly to get financing at the end of the day, and made it all happen, with the upmost professionalism. Great car, great service, from super nice people…thats what you will find at Automax.

Good prices.. We were well taken care of... A few issues with vehicle that were all resolved by Lakeem Jackson. Overall a good experience and would recommend.
