I want to say thank you to Edison Nissan for getting me my brand new 2025 Nissan Versa Sr ..BIC GLENN & JON really made my birthday special by getting me into a brand new vehicle .. They treated me like family from the moment I walked in .. I couldn't ask for a better 84th Birthday .. =)

My experience with this dealership was extremely

My experience with this dealership was extremely disappointing. They aggressively promote vehicle service contracts tied exclusively to their location, often using misleading claims to sell these contracts alongside the vehicle. Despite advertising a flexible cancellation policy, they fail to honor refund requests and remain unresponsive to inquiries. When I attempted to address the issue, the staff was unprofessional, arrogant, and even threatening in their behavior. Additionally, the advertised vehicle price was deceptive, with hidden fees adding up to approximately $3,000 in additional dealership charges. This lack of transparency and poor customer service reflects poorly on their business practices. I would strongly recommend avoiding this dealership.

We was just driving around taking a look at different

We was just driving around taking a look at different cars and then the dealer Zeke came out and greeted my husband and I. We talked a little about what our interest was and what we should do. After doing some research I came to Edison Nissan on

After doing some research I came to Edison Nissan on Election Day. I was greeted by "Bic" Sadhar on the lot. I told him what I was looking for. He said let me grab some keys and we went to the type of cars that I described. In no time at all I selected the car and did a test drive. At his desk the process was stress free did not take much time. I bought a 2021 Nissan Rouge. I stayed within my budget and could not be happier.
