We recently leased our fourth Rogue from Edison Nissan

We recently leased our fourth Rogue from Edison Nissan and were very pleased with our sales representative Fidelix. He is extremely polite, professional, and down to earth. He was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to make our experience pleasant. Thank you Fidelix!!

Excellent experience

I worked with Sam and he was excellent. He answered all of my questions and definitely sealed the deal on my purchase. From my first visit he was honest and worked with me to find a common ground on my purchase.

Worst experience ever had.

Worst experience ever had. Went to purchase a used car and went over everything. The price of the vehicle was $20,500. After the paperwork it comes to $29,900. They added on all these xx fees and said that they are mandatory and can not be negotiated. This should be illegal. How can they add on almost $10k to the price. I notified the BBB and also Consumer affairs about this. What a scam

My experience at Nissan of Edison was really

My experience at Nissan of Edison was really one-of-a-kind. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by the sales team and pleasantly partnered with a salesman named Qadir who went above and beyond to make sure that my new purchase was a purchase I was happy and satisfied with. Qadir is client focused, extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle inventory and set realistic expectations for me from the beginning. He understood the budget I was working with and paired me with the options that made sense for my needs. I can’t thank him enough for being honest and trustworthy. I then met the sales management team and John was truly a pleasure to work with also. They collectively managed to get me out of my current lease, which wasn’t the easiest task, and they worked extremely hard to get me into a beautiful 2023 Nissan Rogue SUV at a really really great price. The dealership itself is going through a beautiful renovation. The dealership is really big and spacious and the bathrooms were extremely clean. Overall, I give this dealership a five star rating. Even while I was sitting down at the salesman’s desk, I observed other salesmen being equally kind and dedicated to their clients and working the best deals for everyone in the dealership. I drove all the way from Queens New York City, just to do business with Nissan of Edison and their amazing sales team. I recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to come to this dealership. I cannot wait to refer my friends and family and continue to purchase vehicles from this dealership.

Terrible experience.

Terrible experience. Went on Saturday and agreed on a price w the sales guy as well as the manager for a car for my parents. Monday they go back and after reviewing their paperwork nothing was honored. Not their monthly payment, not the total amount of the car, not the timeframe, nothing. When I called back, sales guy told me it must have been the finance manager which of course did not have a voicemail and would not answer. The total amount of the car was astronomical for what it was…. So terribly upset that people do this.

Service For My Vehicle

The Service Department got me in quick and they were able identify the areas that needed correcting fast. Not only did they complete the job fast, they completed it properly. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly and the facilities were also very clean regardless of the construction happening on the Sales side of the building.
