I lost my brother back in June, returned his truck on July 20th that was leased through Edison Nissan. A call was placed to Nissan corporate to send a copy of all necessary documentation and we were told that everything would be good from an employee at this location. In the back of the truck were car parts we were unable to bring back with us since we were from out of state and already had a lot of stuff to bring back that belonged to my brother. We told the guys that they can do with it what they will because we needed to get home and had nobody to take it or store it elsewhere. These parts included a brand new exhaust and a 2 inch lift kit. Someone here messed up big time because not only have there been multiple phone calls received about the truck, but today a repo man showed up to my mother's home over 1,000 miles away and they threatened to take HER vehicle because edison Nissan failed to do their job correctly. The truck has been in their possession since July 20th, 2023. This is ridiculous. I will NEVER recommend this xxxx show of a location to anyone.

TITLE JUMPERS!
edison nissan is the biggest scam going in the auotmotive world! they jumped titles on the vehicle i traded in jan 2023 which resulted in having to fight traffic tickets and a personal injury lawsuit from the accident the car was in. it is now oct 2023 and the title is STILL in my name. Edison Nissan has no regard for their customers and will scam you in anyway they can!

Very helpful and professional service
Qadir and John are two outstanding gentlemen. Both went above and beyond for us to make sure that we left with a comfortable vehicle at a comfortable price. I am moving to Florida in a month but the next Nissan I buy will be from Edison Nissan. I will make the trip back to Jersey to deal with these gentlemen.

This dealership is a Nightmare
This dealership Is the worst Ive ever encountered Bought a cargo van from them they agreed to reimburse me for the cost of a license plate holder for about $50.00 after spending thousands with them no one will talk to you that in addition to all the other headaches corporate is just as bad their most famous line "dealerships are independently owned and operated "

Worst experience ever had.
Worst experience ever had. Went to purchase a used car and went over everything. The price of the vehicle was $20,500. After the paperwork it comes to $29,900. They added on all these xx fees and said that they are mandatory and can not be negotiated. This should be illegal. How can they add on almost $10k to the price. I notified the BBB and also Consumer affairs about this. What a scam

My experience at Nissan of Edison was really one-of-a-kind. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by the sales team and pleasantly partnered with a salesman named Qadir who went above and beyond to make sure that my new purchase was a purchase I was happy and satisfied with. Qadir is client focused, extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle inventory and set realistic expectations for me from the beginning. He understood the budget I was working with and paired me with the options that made sense for my needs. I can’t thank him enough for being honest and trustworthy. I then met the sales management team and John was truly a pleasure to work with also. They collectively managed to get me out of my current lease, which wasn’t the easiest task, and they worked extremely hard to get me into a beautiful 2023 Nissan Rogue SUV at a really really great price. The dealership itself is going through a beautiful renovation. The dealership is really big and spacious and the bathrooms were extremely clean. Overall, I give this dealership a five star rating. Even while I was sitting down at the salesman’s desk, I observed other salesmen being equally kind and dedicated to their clients and working the best deals for everyone in the dealership. I drove all the way from Queens New York City, just to do business with Nissan of Edison and their amazing sales team. I recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to come to this dealership. I cannot wait to refer my friends and family and continue to purchase vehicles from this dealership.
