Visited Automaxx to check out a vehicle and due to their upfront process we purchased the car.. Jason was informative and genuine throughout. Not pushy.....gave information and let us decide. We will definitely be going back when it's time to upgrade my husband's vehicle. Highly recommend.

For 24 hours I exchanged text messages with a sales rep about a specific vehicle listed on their website. The sales rep urged me to come see the car so I agreed. I burned some vacation time and visited the lot only to discover the very car the sales rep claimed was available as recently as 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO MY ARRIVAL was not available! The sales rep said the car was sold and I replied, "That's not true, I have text messages from you only minutes ag0 claiming the car was here." He then said the car was “in the shop” and will not be sold. Not surprisingly, the sales rep claimed to have “60 other cars he’d love to show me.” Bottom line: 1) the sales rep lied, 2) the car listed on their website and other websites did not exist, 3) the car was bait, and 4) this unethical, slimy behavior should not be tolerated by anyone. Automaxx.this is shameful.

Clancy and Brenden were realy good he helped me pick a camry traded my truck and will recomend him great service great selection and its a one stop shop dealership!!
