Germain Mazda of Columbus

We went in to look at a few models, and we fell in love with a used car after the test drive. This was an easy process, no sales pressure at all, everything was explained very well, and management even pitched in as they were somewhat short-staffed (we bought just a couple of days before Christmas). Nice experience, would recommend.

We just bought our second car from Terry and Germain Mazda. In both cases the experience was pleasant and the service was excellent. Terry is knowledgable and personable. He really seems to care about his customers. When it's time to buy another car, I plan on returning.

Seems to be a pretty good dealership so far. Haven't dealt with them for very long yet but they seem to be attentive & have a decent garage attached

I haven't bought a car for several years and was expecting the worst from the process. I was pleasantly surprised by the sales staff at Germain Mazda who delivered a really great experience. I worked closely with Terry Johnson who was very knowledgeable, patient, courteous, responsive and honest. On top of his excellent service, he and Sales Manager, Tim Nilsen, put together a very attractive and competitive deal on the car I wanted. There was none of the haggling and gamesmanship that I was expecting. This team merits an excellent rating and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality car buying experience. The one negative about my experience (and the reason for 4 stars vs. 5) was the finance/documentation/closing process. The dealership utilizes an electronic system that is very inflexible and difficult to navigate for this aspect of the transaction. My desire to put more money down than was assumed by Brittany (who handled the closing) and to pay for the wheel/tire coverage out of pocket vs. financing it turned into a very involved, frustrating and lengthy ordeal. While this, coupled with her flip and somewhat unprofessional manner, was off-putting, it didn't detract significantly from my overall positive experience.

I have never had a high opinion of car dealers or the salesmen that work for them until my husband And I stopped in Germain Mazda and hooked up with RUSTY WILSON. I have got to say Rusty changed my mind. Rusty and the whole Germain Mazda crew treated me with the upmost respect. They didn't Treat me like a stupid woman. That really pleased me, if you are in the market foe a used car Germain Mazda is the place to go. You won't be sorry. RUSTY WILSON IS THE BEST! He is caring, high integrity, knows what he's talking about on all cars . Last but not least I LOVE MY Volkswagen Beetle.

My first car buying experience and a very successful one! Terry was very kind, knowledgable and helpful! He made my experience smooth and successful! I was unsure what I wanted and he helped me narrow down what was important for me in a vehicle. I had some questions after purchasing the car and Terry was there to answer my questions. He even followed up with a phone call and email the following day. Tim found the exact car I wanted and he was able to get it for within 48 hours. Extremely pleased! I hope to do business with them again in the future.

Terry Johonson was wonderful! This was my first time purchasing a new car and Terry made the experience worth coming back. He was very knowledgable, easy to work with and very personable throughout the process. It stress-free and seamless process which I attribute to Terry and the staff and Germain Mazda approach to selling cars.

I had a great car buying experience at Germain Mazda. They were very helpful and no "high pressure" sales pitch. They encouraged me to test drive the Mazda CX-9 and they were right- it was so fun to drive. It handled well and had amazing power and acceleration. Their sales process was friendly and very efficient. I would definitely recommend Mike Worthington and Sonny Sosniak at Gremain Mazda.

Going to Germain Mazda was a great decision. I had looked into Mazda at other dealerships within the Columbus area, but Germain's staff was beyond the best. They had so much more knowledge and passion than the other dealers. I worked with Terry Johnson, which was a breath of fresh air. He was friendly, knew a lot about Mazda as a brand, passionate for what he was doing, and even comical. Germain also has a ton of great services if you buy from them, like free carwashes, and maintenance. They even continue to follow up with me about my purchase. If you are going to buy a car, buy from Germain.

I just got my CX-5 yesterday and the experience there was so painless! Mike Worthington was very educated on the CX-5, all the options and helped us figure out which one we would love the best. We never felt pressures throughout the whole process. And as far as once we signing papers, Damon was great to work with too! We had been to 2 other Mazda dealers in the area and Gremain Mazda by far gives you the best deals and experience you could ever get without all the usual high pressure sales pitch.
