Mike Worthington helped my fiancee and I through the entire process with a smile, even when we we're being a bit difficult. The process was fast and in a few cases where there were any problems, Mike quickly corrected them. I initially went there for a used 2012 Mazda 6, and I walked out with a brand new 2016 Mazda 6 thanks to Mike! I am extremely pleased with both the car and service and appreciate the continued help. I still bug Mike with questions everyday and he answers them promptly. I've bought a couple cars before this, but it has been by far the best experience I've ever had!

Through our years in Columbus we have purchased and dealt with several Germain dealerships. They really do understand what customer service is and tend to control their and the customers costs extremely well. We recently purchased a Mazda CX-5 GT from Germain Mazda. The salesperson, Brittany worked with with my wife on the deal (trade in/purchase) and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Mazda products. Our experience with Germain dealerships continues to be outstanding and will continue to be at the top of our list when looking to replace a vehicle.

Germain Mazda is an outstanding business with an exceptional staff. When it came time for me to start looking for a new vehicle, I did all of the research, and after a couple of months looking casually online, I was able to narrow my options down to a few different vehicles to get out and drive. When I set out to the dealerships I was pretty apprehensive due to some prior, negative experiences, and, unfortunately, I found those feelings to be accurate at the first three dealerships I stopped at. This Germain dealership was the one exception to that. I had one more on my list of stops after these guys, and I didn't even bother with it because of how great my initial visit here was. I only wish I'd saved myself the time and gone here first. The primary salesman I worked with was Bo Stranzin. He's knowledgable, well-organized and personable. He made the process easy, and, to be honest, he was the key to getting my business. Tim Nilsen was another gentlemen I worked with a bit as well - sales manager - also personable and very professional. Between them, they were able to get me all of the info I needed, answer all of my questions and put together a fantastic deal. These guys were unexpectedly great to work with, they set themselves apart from all of the other dealerships I've been to, and I couldn't recommend them enough. TLDR: Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time anywhere else

Best overall Mazda dealer in town, with friendly staff and excellent facilities. Rusty was my knowledgeable guide who helped me find the perfect CX-5. He listened carefully to me and tailored the process to meet my needs and interests, and I especially appreciated his expertise with the technologies equipped in these new vehicles. It's obvious that the entire staff is comprised of helpful and friendly people working as a team. The facilities look brand new, with an open layout and impressive service area and garage.

We recently bought a used car for our teenage daughter from Rusty. He epitomizes what it means to provide great customer service and to put the customer first. Even though we bought an 11 year old car, he treated us as if we were buying the most expensive car on the lot! Because of our busy schedules, the entire buying process took several days, but Rusty remained patient and went above and beyond to accommodate us and help us seal the deal. I typically dread the car shopping/buying experience, but I would definitely buy another car from Rusty!
