Made my experience top notch

I came to Germain after a particularly frustrating experience at Ricart (ugg). Rusty was fantastic, he was patient, answered all my questions and didn't treat me like I was wasting his time. Throughout the process everyone was really accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Really thorough with explaining the process and worked around my nutty work schedule. I usually had my service done at Germain, but I wouldn't buy another car anywhere else now after this experience.

Very customer-oriented

Terry was great to work with and was conscientious of our time. He understood that we had a tight schedule to keep and was quite helpful in ensuring our buying process was swift and smooth. He was very friendly and sincere - not high pressure.

Wonderful & friendly sales personnel

My husband and I had a good experience buying a new Mazda. Would totally recommend Germain. Mr. Johnson was so helpful and the General Manager Mr. Sosniak was great. Buying a car is such a pain in the rear, but these guys made it quite pleasurable. Thank you!!

Terry was patient with the never-ending-emails we were writing back and forth! When I finally went to Germain Mazda to test-drive the car I was interested in I found Terry to be just as patient in person, knowledgeable, pleasant and just great to deal with. Excellent car buying experience

I had an excellent experience with Germain Mazda and Rusty was the ideal salesman to work with! I would highly recommend this dealership to others. This was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership and it couldn't have been a more seamless process. Rusty was incredibly accommodating, highly knowledgeable and informative, very easy to work with, and overall helped to make it a very enjoyable car buying experience from start to finish. His 'low pressure' non-pushy attitude, while being very honest and willing to help with anything definitely made all the difference. Brittany was also great to work with during all of the paperwork/signing and made it a very easy process. Thank you Germain Mazda!

Pleasant experience from start to finish!

Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. Originally didn't consider a Mazda while researching cars online and I test drove and purchased CX-5. I am so glad I did. This was overall the best customer service I have ever experienced.

An enjoyable buying experience

This is my third Mazda CX5. The sales transaction was brief and conducted very professionally by Terry Johnson. If I were to buy another Mazda, it would be at this dealership; however, my trading for another CX5 in the future is unlikely ( 0.0% probability ). Mazda has: 1. Replaced the former TomTom navigation system with a proprietary system that has no useful customization features (i.e. voices, language, graphics), is crude in appearance and utilizes one radio speaker. 2. The INFOTAINMENT system is 'pretty', but is a joke, much more effort is required to obtain the same results as the former 'stand-alone screens'. 3. Gas mileage is consistently 24 m.p.g. no matter what driving conditions or terrain. I was very pleased with the sales transaction if not the product.
