It is very nice to walk into a dealership and feel like you are part of the family, even though it is the first time ever being there. Brittany was very helpful in showing us how to get the car we wanted and the features we wanted within our budget. I did not review the quality of repairs, since we haven't had any need for it. The customer service is outstanding. Everyone has been professional and cheerful. The facilities are clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a car.

I have been buying automobiles for 40 years and this place is like no other I have been to. What I found here was honest people ( Russell Wilson ) selling very good quality cars. Russell and this dealership are not happy until you are happy. Most dealerships can't wait to get your name on a dotted line so they have that sell locked in. But here I test drove the car, we discussed some small items which they quickly fixed and then it was off for another test drive, at no time on either test drive was I told how great this car was or what a great price they had on it. There was NO PRESSURE to buy anything, Russell just gave honest answers to my questions. Only after they had did everything that I had ask them to do did we get to the paper work. No pressure, honest people, quality automobiles, and at a fair price. Check them out and I hope you will be as happy as I was. P.S. I drove 200 miles to look at this car that I saw on the internet and I was not disappointed.

We were undecided on one of the Mazda models so our salesperson, Jordan, patiently helped us pick out three different models to test drive. He didn't pressure us or steer us towards any particular model but answered all our questions, pointed out the safety features (the purchase is for our daughter) of each model as we drove them and then had financing sheets worked up on each. This is the second Mazda I have purchased from Germain. We bought a car for my wife and now I purchased a new Mazda for me. I did most everything via the internet and Tim Nilson, the sales manager, hooked me up with Jordan. From the very beginning Jordan was responsive and knowledgeable. Jordan and I worked out most of the pricing details via email. When I went to the dealership Jordan had everything ready to go. They found the color of car I wanted at another dealership and they gave me a great price on the car and my trade in. This was on Saturday afternoon. Jordan called me on Monday and said the car had been transferred already and I could come in and sign the paperwork and be on my way. Everything worked smoothly and I was driving my new car home in about an hour's time. Jordan was great, making sure the dealer options I wanted were either installed that day or were scheduled once the parts arrived. He has continued to be very helpful and makes sure to follow up on a regular basis. Everyone at Germain pays attention to the details and I feel like they really value my business. I got a fair deal with extraordinary customer service.
