Jordan Hoffman salesman supreme!

I can't enough nice things about this dealership! I do have to say though that the icing on the cake was our sales professional, Jordan Hoffman. He was amazing, made buying a car a dream experience.

Again, an amazing experience

I have bought 5 cars from Rusty, and as always, he is amazing. Not only does Rusty explain every detail of the car buying experience, from details about the car to the financing process. He is patient and answers every question skillfully. When I'm ready for car number 6, I will definitely call Rusty again!

Informative, supportive and personable

Ms. Lyons professional demeanor made certain the correct paperwork was initialed in all the right places by an anxious customer (me). She was able to defuse my being nervous with flashes of humor that completely set me at ease. I have told everyone that my car purchase experience at Germain was actually enjoyable. I was given a tour of the dealership and introduced to the staff in the service bay. We collected business cards to facilitate my contacts in the future with Germain. I am completely happy with my lovely car and my treatment by Germain Mazda. Well done Brittany. Thank you so much for your good salesmanship.

very pleased!

I'd called and spoke with Terry the day before to schedule a test drive, for my wife, in the 2016 Mazda CX-5 AWD Grand Touring with I-Active. I'd done my homework for over two months prior, and knew what I was going for. When we arrived, Terry greeted us at the door, offered refreshments, and began to gather details on the trim level of the vehicle we were to test drive. He then retrieved the model requested, and knowledgeably explained every feature, knob, and button to my wife before starting the test drive. All through the test drive, Terry was extremely cordial and informative. He took the time to demonstrate features like the reverse camera, turn radius, lane assist, and many others. He touched on all of the selling points that had impressed/sold me during my research! As I've mentioned, he's very informed! Upon returning, we got down to business and finished with Damon, who explained the financial side very eloquently! My wife drove off with a new car! The process was painless and friendly! Awesome job!!

Comfortable and Enlightening

Rusty explained to me how my car works, while demonstrating a great deal of patience for my lack of car knowledge. He not only has a charismatic personality that makes you feel welcome, but educated me further into his scope of practice.

Very friendly staff

Great Dealership and Purchase

I was certain that I would not want a Mazda but from the moment we entered the dealership - meeting Terry Johnson from Sales who introduced us to Management - Sonny Sosniak and then all the personnel we met after purchasing: All led to a great buying experience.
