Shopping for Used car

I came to the location shopping for used cars. When I arrived they had alot of different choices. The entire team was friendly and courteous.

Used Car Purchase

I purchased a used 2003 Audi TT coupe w/automatic from Maximum Auto Outlet and so far am very pleased. The sales staff applied no pressure whatsoever, and gave me plenty of time to examine and test drive the vehicle. I was concerned that there was no warranty with the car, but so far it has proved to be in excellent condition. In fact many people think it is a new car, when actually it is a 2003. I feel that the price wasn't "great," but was reasonable, especially for a hard to find model that I was interested in. The actual buying process went flawless.

Poor Service

I went to this dealership looking for an Lexus GS 300 AWD. First off, the cars battery was dead because it has been sitting idle for 3 weeks (salesman told me this) and it didnt start up. Secondly , the power seats didnt work as well. I'm not 100% sure if the batter power is connected to the power seats but this didnt happen when my battery died on my old Lexus. Third, when they finally got the battery charged up the car blocking me wasnt starting as well. Be careful with this guys. They specailize in second chance financing and obviously dont take care of their vehicles.

Missing Lug Nuts

The $399 processing fee was not discussed until I was presented the purchase agreement - this substantial fee was not mentioned previously. My greatest concern was that discovered part way home that each wheel was missing one lug nut - it is amazing this escaped the in- house inspection. Shame on me for not seeing it earlier - but I have to admit one should not have to inspect the wheels for lug nuts. The Rav4 was also missing a jack and lug nut ranch - maybe a minor concern after the missing lug nuts. I hope there are no more surprises.

SHADY SHADY PLACE

We went in to look for an 03 Mercedes-Benz C 230 and immediately I was turned off by the fact that when we asked for the car, none of the salesmen knew where the vehicle was, that was strike one! Once we found the vehicle, the salesman, who obviously couldn't drive stick shift, had trouble starting the car, of course that was strike two! Once we did take a look at the car, my husband immediately noticed that all four rotors on the car needed to be replaced, by this time they were completely OUT! On a regular non-luxury car that can run about 1,000, so upon purchasing this vehicle within weeks, we would have had a pretty expensive repair bill. When we mentioned this issue to the salesman, he was very casual and nonchalant, as to suggest that he didn't car, which really rubbed both of us the wrong way. So many things about this place was wrong, as also with this car. I wouldn't suggest anyone go here, unless you don't mind paying for repairs they obviously should do prior to selling it!

Poor Service

Maximum Auto Outlet is not a good place to buy a car. The sales and management are very unprofessional. Recently had a problem with a car purchased there and found they did not inspect the car properly but passed it anyway. This left us with a repair that I believe they should pay for. Talked to several other indepent inspectors and they said it should have been caught.

Never Again

Very poor customer service. I had many questions about the car I was interested in and they couldnt answer most of them. They simply gave me the car keys and told me to drive it around. They kept changing price quoted on their website for a much higher price. Not sure if this is their regular practice, but i would urge caution when dealing with this dealer.
