Great Customer Service

I bought a 2008 BMW 335xi from Lance. He made my process very easy and accomodating. From the start of me inquiring on the vehicle, Lance called and emailed me. Then met us at the dealership as we flew in from Georgia. Very professional and friendly. Thanks!

Poor Service

Maximum Auto Outlet is not a good place to buy a car. The sales and management are very unprofessional. Recently had a problem with a car purchased there and found they did not inspect the car properly but passed it anyway. This left us with a repair that I believe they should pay for. Talked to several other indepent inspectors and they said it should have been caught.

Never Again

Very poor customer service. I had many questions about the car I was interested in and they couldnt answer most of them. They simply gave me the car keys and told me to drive it around. They kept changing price quoted on their website for a much higher price. Not sure if this is their regular practice, but i would urge caution when dealing with this dealer.

Poor Quality

They're lake of Customer Service, their employees never take care of you as other dealership's employees. Especially if they realized you are not buying, or you're just looking.
