Excellent Service

This is my 2nd Mini from Global Imports Mini and wouldn't buy anywhere else. Service is always very good and they are extremely helpful.

Quality Service

The service is always beyond my expectations. Global Mini staff is always courtesy and very thorough explaining my service and warranties. The best part is after each car seevice, my car is cleaned with all minor scratches repaired. Scratches and damages that I never noticed. That's how thorough the service department can be. Kuddos to "MJ" for selling me my mini! I still have the mini cooper tshirt you gave me. Ask for "MJ" if you're in the market for Mini.

A Perfect shopping experience!!!!!!!

Couldn't be more thrilled with my car purchase and how well I was treated at Global . It was actually fun buying a car. I was treated like a queen and the process was so easy. I can't say how much that ment to me as I had just lost my 91 year old father. They didn't pressure me and gave me the time I needed to make my purchase. I love my car so much. I will never buy another car from anyone but Global. They are perfect in everyway.

Service was good but pricing issues

I gave the highest rating because I work in retail and I know they look at ratings. But I have extreme concerns. I came in mainly to purchase a new battery in my 2014 Mini Countryman. I was quoted the price of $512. I?m not sure if this was with installation or not but that price is absolutely absurd! I found the battery online for $200. I got a lot of other things done as well and am completely happy about them but the main reason of coming ended up to be a complete let down. And I know the gentleman that helped isn?t making the prices but he was super friendly. Also, had an appointment at 3 and got there at 2:20 and didn?t get finished until 5:50.
