BEST TIME BUYING A CAR
This was very best experience I have had buying a car. Nick, our sales person, was wonderful. Never pushy, very friendly and had all the information I needed. The first time I walk in he showed me the models I was interested in, was able to tell me all the cost involved. When I came back to buy, the process was great. Everyone from Nick to service to the purchase were kind, friendly, explained everything in detail. The dealership was a fun place, with all kinds of stuff for Mini buyer.

Mayo and Global - The "A" team
Mayo, searched high and low for a Mini made just for me - she failed. And for what happened after that, I would only describe her efforts as 3 D's; Dedication, determination, and devotion. I was not in a big hurry to buy a car, so this may not have been the easiest sale. Mayo stayed in touch with me for weeks, letting me know where and how the search was unfolding. Honestly, Global was not my only resource; I had contacted other dealers across the south-east. No one displayed as much interest and effort for finding just the right car for me. Eventually we ordered a car. (You'll notice I said WE) Mayo patiently sifted through notes and spreadsheets I had complied with all the available options. After clarifying or demonstrating each of them, we came up with a solution that I not only felt comfortable with, but was very excited about. Once it was ordered, my patience soon disappeared. She continued to display the cool patience of Bob Marley, and called often to keep me informed of my cars progress. As it was rolling off the transport, she called again, and immediately arranged with the shop to get the prep done in record time. It is hard to imagine that "car salesman" and "trust" could be used in the same sentence, but "Motoring Assistant". "Mayo" and "the Global Team", define the word like nobody else. I have been pampered by ?luxury? dealerships in the past; none of them demonstrated the ?effort? to earn your business like what appears to come naturally to the entire Global team.

Terrific service
Although I didn't buy a Mini - I had fast, friendly service. I walked out with clear details on what costs would be for lease vs. buy (in other dealerships, that seemed to be impossible to get ). Good email followup and even a friendly response when I indicated that I had chosen to go with another model.

Great experience with Mini purchase
I recently bought a new Mini from Chandra Mayo at Global Imports and could not be more pleased by the whole experience. She listened to what I wanted and put me in exactly the car I was looking for. She and her manager also were very helpful when it came to financing. I walked in late on a Friday afternoon and walked out only a few hours later with a brand-new car for the price I wanted and with no hassle. And I love my car - it is everything I expected it would be. I would highly recommend working with Mayo and Global Imports if you're looking for a Mini.

Service advisor, turnaround fast and excellent
In the three years I've had my leased Mini Cooper, the service has been excellent, as has the car itself. A back hatch latch problem led me to my service appointment yesterday - I want to commend Marquis Warner for his excellent and friendly service and efficient turnaround. Mini put me in a loaner to enable me to get to an important meeting at noon - even though the car was fully serviced by just after noon. I will be back in a new Mini at the end of this current lease -

Superior Service
My Mini recently had an appointment to check out some harsh engine noise. The service tech soon found that my timing chain was shot, which is a big, expensive problem. The warranty had recently expired, so the news looked bleak. Fortunately, I have an excellent service advisor by the name of Lon Miller. Lon examined the situation with the tech and the overall condition of the Mini and decided to take my case to the service manager. The service manager, in turn, pleaded my case to the regional manager. After consideration, Global Imports decided to cover all repairs. WOW! So often, the worst part of owning a car is dealing with the service department for your vehicle. It is such a pleasure to deal with honest, friendly people who aren't looking for every chance to squeeze you. Without a doubt, I would recommend Global Imports Mini and Lon Miller to any Mini lovers out there!

The Best Experience
Getting a car serviced anywhere in not exactly entertainment but Global and Lon make it as good as it gets. It is really a comfort to know that service experts like Lon are also experts at communication. He is a pleasure to deal with and our Mini appreciates the TLC as much as we appreciate Lon's patient explanation of what is happening. Five stars for Lon and the team at Global.

Excellent Experience!!!!
I am a first time Mini customer. I received the best customer service and informative Mini details. Specifically Chandra made it very easy for me to make a decision in purchasing/ leasing a new car. Marquie is a fantastic service professional.
Global's service of my mini is always spot on. They are always courtious and Marquis explains everything in great detail each time I bring my Mini in for service.
