The Customer Experience put a smile on my face

This was not my first visit to Global Mini, i went to the dealership several time last spring and summer in search for a Mini. Eventually, I purchased my Mini out of state. Although, I visited Global Mini prior to purchasing my Mini, I was disappointed with the follow-up of the Sales Person (no follow-up at all). So, when it was time to take my Mini in for routine maintenance, I was skepical based on my prior interaction. Upon my arrival, it was a hectic Monday morning there, my Service Specialist, was multi-tasking, talking on the phone with a customer, greeting me when I arrived,and researching information for yet another customer. So, I waited about 15 minutes before I was checked in, so i was a little irritated. After completing all this taks, Mr Warner, walked over, greeted me again, apologized for the wait and proceeded transform my irritation into a awesome customer service experience. He exeamplied the best customer service and soft skills I have ever experienced in the auto industry. Mr Warner definitely changed my perception of Global Mini and has converted me into a life time loyal customer of Global Mini. What I like most about him was his intergity.

Global Imports Mini: C. "Mayo" has a repeat cust!

As title states: Mayo (aka Chandra Mayo, write that down!) Provided me with superior custome r service, delivered on her promise to work with my situation and get me into the exact car that I wanted! I was a walk-in and from the minute i walked in i was greeted with not your typical forced smiles, but genuinely smiling reps who seemed happy to be working there, further giving me a great feeling of what to expect. As the negotiation progressed, Mayo walked over to her manager to check the numbers. To my surprise, the manager actually came out from the "gloom room" and came over to where we were sitting. She introduced herself as Robin and then proceeded to explain the options, side by side with Mayo the sales rep! I do not know if this is now common practice, but in the 12 years of me purchasing new vehicles, I have never had a manager come to the sales reps desk to evaluate the situation and assist the customer with such superiority! Next thing you know, late in the evening, i had both of them working hard to make sure my requirements were met. We came to an accord and i am now a proud owner of a pre-owned vehicle @Global Imports Mini Dealerahip! I wish I knew about this dealership, especially Mayo, whenever I purchased my previous vehicles! I am just very grateful and feel very confident in knowing that when I purchase a vehicle in the future, I will definitely be going to global imports mini. I would like to thank everyone the dealership for treating me with such kindness and respect, you all have definitely earned my business especially you Mayo!

My new Mini!

My experience with Global was amazing!!! Rob Collini and Robin in finance are the best EVER! I've bought many cars and had many good experience's but this one was far beyond the rest! How do you find such great people to work there???? I love my car and it was possible thru these two. Thanks for taking the time to find great people to sell great cars and make me have a GREAT TIME DOING IT!!! Love you guys!!!!!!!

A Very satisfied costumer from Georgia

I only call tell great things about this dealer,. .location..very easy to find,.. people...you are not going to find people more nicer or friendly than in Global import,from the sales person to the mechanics, they know who to ask, treat or help you, like Marquis in service Advisor or Kelly with her big smile in costumer services. If you buying something....I extend one of my warranties and the process was very smooth and fast. if you coming for maintenance or any kind of service... you can't find a better place for your mini, they check absolutely everything in your car for be sure that you are completely satisfied with the service ,even checking recalls or find little details that need to be fix ... and then,...when they finish pamper your car with a free of charge wash they provided you with a very good explanation of the work. and if you going to wait...is a nice place to read, watch tv, play with your phone with a nice cup of coffee that they provide or just walk around and check the newest models of minis they have in display!!!Enjoy!!! I really do every single time!!!

Quick!!

Had an appointment for brake warning - took the car in replaced the front brake pads and had me on the road in 75 minutes!! Great job...

Great Customer Service

Overall great service and friendly staff. 1 minor thing was overlooked after the service liaison and I specifically spoke about the matter. Not significant enough to not go back for future service as I did receive a discount on the overall work performed.

Routine Service

I love the sales personnel and service techs at Global Mini. They are always so pleasant and greet me as I walk in the door. Marquis and Phil you are the best !! I always feel welcome.

High Quality

This dealership is a top notch operation. My "low tire" light was on and making an appointment by email was a snap. Lon was prompt and efficient and especially helpful to me, since I am not especially knowledgeable about cars.

I love my dealer!

I just bought my second MINI from Global Imports and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. If you are considering purchasing a MINI, I can't recommend them highly enough, both for purchase and pricing as well as maintenance and support. I bought my first 2007 MINI Cooper S as a certified pre-owned car in 2009 and Global has been taking care of her warranty and maintenance since day one. They are always kind, courteous, and friendly, and each time they perform a service they always go above and beyond. On many occasions, my long-time service advisor, Chris, has told me about a little extra repair need that was identified and repaired at no extra charge. I love that they keep an eye out for these extra things, and I can trust them to never try to sell me a bogus repair. The buying process the first time around was easy and pleasant. When I bought my second car, a 2013 John Cooper Works hardtop, it may have been even easier. Due to my own poor planning, I arrived at the dealership late, but my salesperson and finance manager were kind enough to stay late to finish the deal with me. From start to finish, the paperwork took less than 30 minutes, and you couldn't ask for a friendlier, more pleasant group. The price at MINI dealerships is the price, with no haggling, which makes everything so much less stressful. (Although I was able to take advantage of a $750 discount from the Not Normal Sales Event.) Buying was an excellent experience. Even locating the car was great. John Cooper Works MINIs can be difficult to find, and I was planning to order one, which would have taken six weeks or longer. My salesperson, Phil, located one with the options I wanted that had just arrived at port. Phil was able to arrange for the car to be shipped to the dealership, and kept me updated every step of the way. It was an exciting week waiting for the car to arrive, and Phil kept me grinning while I waited. This is a group of folks who understand that buying a MINI should be an exciting, stress-free process, and they understand and respect the love that MINI drivers have for their cars. I'll never go anywhere else!

New Location - Poor Service - Not Mini Culture

I'm a loyal customer to BMW Mini for the last 6+ years now and since the move of Mini Cooper to the new location, everything from my prospective has been down hill. Before the move, I referred all my family and friends to Global and swore by the service as well as the cars. Unfortunately I can no longer do this. Service is bad, customer service is no longer a focus and loyal customers can take a walk as far as they're concerned. - Took car in for loud noise. Was told it was break dust and come back after 2k miles. - Came back was told I should be happy they found back breaks need replace and 2 inspections were done on car. - 2 days - Noise back and took car in I was told water pump leak need to pay additional $800+. - 4 days in service - Took car directly to collisions - stayed there for almost 2 weeks. - Car is back but still have same loud noise. I was told once again break dust. I've made so many trips to the dealership in the last 4+ weeks, that I'm sick of going there putting miles on my car for issues they can't seem to fix. The noise is still there and even with the warranty, I'm being forced to go somewhere else that will value my business.
