I had a great experience with the service department at Global. Lon discussed everything in detail (and in terms I understood) that needed to be done, was very friendly, and even gave me updates as I waited. Sometimes 2 hours can feel like MUCH longer when you're waiting, but the seats were comfortable, they had K cup coffee, and everytime I picked my head up from my book to look around it seemed like they noticed and Lon came back with an update. I don't know much about cars, but I feel good leaving my service in the hands of Global - they tell me what needs to be done and why it's necessary.
