David Roman gave me excellent customer service - the best I have had at Global Mini in a long time, and since this is the second Mini I have bought from them I have used them many times. For the past couple of years since Lon Miller left I felt the customer service has slipped, and I considered changing dealers, but with David Roman assisting me yesterday I will stay with Global Mini. I hope I can always count on him assisting me. .

Excellent Service and MINI dealer
The process and customer service was excellent in my buying experience. Salesperson was very knowledgeable, and understood our specific needs and wants in the buying process. He also worked with us toward our buying price target. This is the best MINI dealer on this side of the country. It has wonderful new inventory and can pull in inventory from all over the East Coast. Highly highly recommended car buying experience.

Mini GP Maintenance Service #1
Not only did I buy my Mini GP from Global Imports Mini, but I also had its first service there as well. Yes, I drove 40 miles to get it serviced, but it's one of the best Mini Dealerships in the area. They took really good care of my GP so I'll be back when the next service is due.

my experience was safe due to Covid-19 protocols. I was informed frequently as to what was happening with my car. I've been using this dealership since 2007 when I leased my first Mini. Wouldn't use any other Mini dealer!
