Pleasant experience

Justin was very honest and helpful, sold me the car I wanted at a fair price. Had me in and out in a short time. No games. KIA Niro nice smooth vehicle.

Kia Niro service.

I came in to get a replacement of my broken Kia Niro door handle. Kristy took care of me...She was very thorough and personable. She was able to get warranty approval for the replacement of the other door handles of my car also. I will be coming back to your facility for any future work I might need. Thank you.

fast and fair

Went in for an oil change and warranty service. The oil change was completed and they ordered a new part for my vehicle which is covered under warranty. They promised that they would contact me in a couple of days when the part comes in. Jury is still out on whether that happens or not.

Don’t trust them

Absolutely would not recommend this dealer. I came in on 2 different occasions to discuss a new car purchase and the numbers they drew up were markedly different each time. The final coat was initially quoted at $995 and the second time it was $1195. I was told at that point it was always $1195. I saw the same car at another dealer for over $2000 less but was told by the salesman that the new models are not being discounted anywhere. Every time I mentioned something contradictory I was met with another excuse. I felt lowballed on my trade and the worst part was having them run my credit when they distinctly said they would not. I would not trust the salespeople. There are surely better dealers out there.

Very frustrated with this dealership. My regular...

Very frustrated with this dealership. My regular experience with the sales and finance teams and the dealership mgr at Metro KIA was games and deceit. Several times I drove an hour to meet with someone, just to have them tell me something completely different when I got there. Just bought off my car from a lease, went with a bank for loan after Metro KIA first promised me a great interest rate, then when I came to meet with the same finance mgr I'd spoke to on the phone, was told "it would be better to get the loan from the bank." So why did he tell me to come in and work with him on it? Good question. Again, an hour to get there and an hour home-- for NOTHING. THIS was my experience with them all the time. I'm glad to be done with Metro KIA! I won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
