Are you kidding me?

Are you kidding me? Be careful of Nelson Cardoza! He’s a huge scammer and lies! I he took pictures of his computer screen showing me the service my car would under including a new bumper.Got the car. The bumpers was not painted and hanging onto car by zip ties! Oh and I asked for photos of the car since there were only two online. He said “There is someone else interested in the car.” I said idc i want photos. When I got the car delivered to me, the bumper was still old, unpainted, damaged, and ceiling was dropping inside . I paid $700 first week I had me car became is didn’t my have a Sway Bar, and the right axle had no oil. The man in the truck who delivered asked Nelson “What about the customers bumper.” Nelson said “Don’t worry about it” The truck driver told me this! I tried talking to Nelson Cardozos Supervisor, he was in on it all too. His super said “We deal with all kinds of people.” After I told him they were working together trying to get over on me. DO NOT ORDE ONLINE!!! OR FROM NELSON Cardoza!

We bought from out of state and it was worst experience.

We bought from out of state and it was worst experience. Jaguar was purchased Aug 18th, we traded in Camry and was picked up Aug 22nd. Sept 1st after 2 days of no communication we were notified that Jaguar had bad engine. So we picked out BMW X2. The following week we were suppose to be on board for delivery. After waiting 2 1/2 weeks we were told vehicle would be delivered free, but in contract we were charged $975 for delivery fee. Now after 3 weeks of no car and no delivery date on site, we decided to hire on transportation company and pay out of pocket $1050. They said they were having issues finding a driver, we found one within first hour of looking. BMW arrived on Sept 8th with trash in floorboards and a transfer case in trunk. No communication on why it was in trunk. Also has message that comes on screen about 4 wheel drive issues. Although we love our new vehicle, we are unaware of issues and still waiting to hear why transfer case would even be in trunk. I would recommend do not buy out of state. Not sure about in person. The communication is awful especially when buying out of state for the customer. Hopefully others will have better luck. I felt like we did what was asked in a very timely manner. Paperwork, insurance ect was all done within the day/next day on both vehicles. Was definitely disappointed on how things went when buying vehicle from this dealership out of state.

I bought my vehicle from Taverna colletion.

I bought my vehicle from Taverna colletion. But this was a big mistake. Because they did not add bank information to my vehicle's title and did not do their job correctly, my monthly payment amount and interest rate increased by my bank. If you want to buy a car from here, think again.

Great inventory, friendly sales people, kept me up to

Great inventory, friendly sales people, kept me up to date and let me know what was happening. Didn't quite get the price I wanted, but they came close. Also helped with shipping and arranging out of state tax payments.
