**Urgent Warning to Potential Buyers - STAY AWAY**: In July 2023, I excitedly bought a 2015 Mercedes Benz SL 400 from Taverna Auto Collection in West Palm Florida as a retirement gift to myself. Despite living out-of-state and only seeing online images, I was assured the car was in excellent condition. We agreed on the terms, and I was eager for its arrival. However, when I finally saw the car after it was delivered to my residence, I was met with a series of unsettling surprises. Here's a brief rundown of the issues I encountered: 1. The exterior was smeared with oil, attributed to a mismatched oil filler cap. 2. Worn-out rear tires. 3. Cracked rear aluminum wheels, which cost me $400 to fix. 4. Malfunctioning driver-side window switches. 5. A cracked glass roof side rail. 6. A leaking roof. 7. Worn-out rear brakes costing me $1,200 to replace. 8. Control arms replacement that set me back by $1,300. 9. Non-functional left side rear taillights. 10. A damaged passenger side mirror, which I replaced for $450. 11. Intermittent power seats. 12. Contrary to being advertised as accident-free, an AutoCheck report showed at least two accidents, one of which was significant. The car was also repainted. 13. A disconnected charger pipe. 14. Missing sunshade from the roof. Additionally, despite Taverna's claim of a hassle-free 7-day exchange policy, my attempts to reach out were met with silence. Calls, emails, even FedEx-ed details went unanswered. When I finally reached a representative, I was offered a mere approx. $400 reimbursement for repairs. No other issues were addressed. Feeling short-changed, I consulted a local Minnesota dealer who appraised the car at $10,000, a far cry from the $25,000 (+ $2,000 sales tax and $3,700 warranty) I paid just two months prior. This experience has severely dampened my retirement celebration. I'm now considering legal action and have plans to reach out to the Florida state attorney general's office regarding this matter. For those considering a purchase from Taverna Auto Collection, I advise due diligence. Your dream car might just turn into a nightmare.

Regret purchasing an automobile from this company, for

Regret purchasing an automobile from this company, for one the salesman Kyle Eaton, over charged my credit card and promised to send a refund but did not. And on top of this they almost took a month to deliver the automobile. And the salesman ensured me that the automobile was in great condition, however, the automobile may need some major work so disappointed will never purchase an automobile online again.

Horrible from beginning to end.

Horrible from beginning to end. They have stolen my money, fraudulently taken my money, repeatedly lied, and continue to ignore me. Not one single person ever did anything they said they would do. The most dishonest, unprofessional, and immoral group of people I’ve ever had the misfortune of interacting with. Absolute thieves!! RUN!! Fast and far!!

Friendly and patient

This is one of the best dealerships i have dealt with. They are fast and friendly and although they were fast to help me find the perfect vehicle for me i NEVER felt rushed or pressured, my agent Natalie was nice the whole time and understood my unique situation.
