What a terrible experience with the dealership.

What a terrible experience with the dealership. Nick Anagno is a terrible salesman, at first he was friendly until i paid over 100K for the LUCID, once they received the payment the rest of customer service was non existent. He told me the vehicle was in showroom condition and it arrived with a lot of damage, $2,500 worth (LUCID Service quoted me) He also said the vehicle would come with original key cards, key fobs and box, i only received the two key fobs and no key cards, he even texted me stating i would receive everything and i did not. The shipping was also terrible, the truck broke down, it was delayed by a few days and the vehicle came very dirty, dirty carpets and damage. Stay away from this dealer if you're out of state. I have been trying to text/call them for weeks, their communication was non existent until recently and Nick completely ignored all my messages. They even got the paperwork wrong on top of that. Overall just a terrible experience, would never buy from them again and I hope you dont either, especially if you're out of state buyer. They sell you the "free shipping" they will deliver the vehicle for you for free, but they hide so much more.

We just bought a new SUV with Taverna- Nick Anagno. If you’re looking for someone who will be 100% honest and patient with you he’s your guy! This was my first time purchasing a new car and he was so patient with my toddler like questions daily. It was an absolute breeze and my car was transported from Florida to ky within a week of buying. Thank you!

I purchased a vehicle from The Taverna Collection on

I purchased a vehicle from The Taverna Collection on 5/19, I sent a $2500 Deposit for a 2013 Porsche Cayenne GTS they advertised on cargurus.com. On 5/24, Taverna picked up my 2014 Mercedes GL450 from me in Michigan for trade. On 6/7, I received the temporary Florida registration and license plate for a Porsche Cayenne GTS. To date, 6/13, I do not have a vehicle or anything in writing to explain the disposition of the Mercedes, my deposit, or the vehicle I purchased. My cash is gone, my Mercedes is gone, and I still don't have the Porsche I bought. Once I started complaining they got really nasty and said that I traded them a bad car and that I have to pay them storage fees plus $1100 to get my car back.

Today The Taverna Collection car dealer said "If you would like to proceed with the transaction, we would value your trade at $1,000, meaning you’d have to produce an additional $7k down payment or seek a larger amount financed from the lender." This is a criminal organization.

This is a criminal organization using a Ponzi Scheme to sell cars that they do not own. They did not own the car they sold me and they don't own my trade that they are currently selling.

PLEASE RUN from this used car lot if you value your money

PLEASE RUN from this used car lot if you value your money and time. We scheduled to see Two Porsche Cayenne’s. I confirmed several times after repeated texts and calls from the salesman he had the cars. They would be ready to test drive before I sent a mechanic to go through them. I NEVER buy a used car that isn’t certified without a mechanic ever. We show up on time and want to see the first one. Comes back and says it’s being, “Touched up” and in service. Second car, in the shop 20 minutes away. He brings out another Porsche with high mileage which stinks of cigarette smoke. Then he tells me how he smokes weed for his anxiety during the test drives. We walk through the lot and I see lots of cars with rust on the rotors and thick dust on them. Obviously been sitting. He takes my key since I have a trade in which I already provided a written offer for from another dealer. Says his estimator needs to look at our car which is fine. The guy never comes out and the salesman comes back with a number $6,000 less than the valid written offer and not even leaving the office. Never even looked at it. As we’re ready to leave he’s going to send me numbers on the two cars we came to see that we’re both in the shop that he’s going to email me within an hour and HE’S SMOKING WEED with me and my wife standing there. Never sent the numbers. Came up with some ridiculous excuse. They are selling cars with big issues for sure. If you don’t want to be the sucker who pays them then don’t even bother inquiring about anything they have. This place is as Sleezy as they come

Still Waiting

I Purchase a car from Tarvena Collection, My salesperson is raybel lopez. He was great in finding my a loan with a lower payment than the first one. I would recommend him whole heartedly, the only complaint that i have, they came and pick up my trade-in car on th-30-2023 and i have been renting a car to go to work..its been 7 days ....i will update this review when i receive the car and how it runs

Do not purchase from them

Was sold a car that has many warning codes and now is undriveable. Do not believe their 7 day hassle free returns. Management told me to contact a specific person and I did, with no response. Company is only responsive when you're actively trying to buy a car and will not do anything to help rectify the situation. Do not purchase from them they will promise you everything and ghost you. They owe me thousands of dollars.
