These people are lying xxxxxxxxxxxxx. They ripped us off there they don’t know how to xxxxing do business they say one thing, and I do the other. It takes a week and two days to do our car. I have it shipped. They promised us a Rent-A-Car don’t have that so now we’re out of xxxxing work for four days and they don’t wanna pay us for that either so don’t do business with these xxxxxx.

Seems to be a scam

I wish I had read the other reviews before working with Arturo at Taverna. It looks as if Nick or Julio would have been a much better experience. Here is what happened to me. I found the specific BMW 4 series convertible that I had been looking for on the cargurus website and reached out to Taverna on Sunday afternoon. Immediately, Arturo sent me an email stating that he would be my one point of contact. On a phone call moments later, he assured me that he would help me through the process and even ship the car for free. As this was the vehicle I was interested in, I asked him if I could place a deposit to hold the car. He said yes and that the deposit was 100% refundable if I didn't like the car. Another number texted me with a link to submit the deposit through an online portal and another link came to my email with a contract to sign. Within a few minutes, I was resting easy thinking I had secured the car I was looking for. There were only a few photos on the cargurus and Taverna site, so I asked Arturo to send me some additional photos - I was specific on what photos I wanted to see. The next evening Arturo did send 5 photos, but they showed the same as the website photos. In other words, not what I had asked for. I asked him if we could set up a video walkthrough and specifically asked for the photos again. He responded. "Yes." But no photos arrived. The next morning I asked if he would be able to send them that day (Tuesday). He immediately replied, "yes, sir" but again no photos. That was the last I heard from Arturo. I called a number of times. One time he picked up and immediately hung up. I texted a number of times. Called the dealership number and left a message. Called again to get to talk to someone, but only got a message. I emailed both bi@drivetaverna.com and management@drivetaverna.com with no reply. This experience has been completely unsatisfactory and reeks of a scam. If someone from Taverna is willing to help me get my car, I would appreciate it.

Customer service after the sale is the worst I have

Customer service after the sale is the worst I have experienced in my 30+ years of car buying! I took delivery of my vehicle from them while missing its rear seat that I was told was on order. Thankfully, I had it written into my sales contract that it is owed to me. Regardless, after 7 weeks and countless emails, unanswered phone calls n voicemails, I still have a vehicle I cant use to its capability. Even after getting no where with their sales and customer service department, I have had even worse luck getting an answer or response period from their “management,” if you want to call it that!

HOW IS THIS BUSINESS STILL OPERATING!

HOW IS THIS BUSINESS STILL OPERATING!? WILL NOT LET MY CASE GO UNHEARD, THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS NEED TO BE DELT THE SAME HAND THEY FEED US! My experience was similar to a lot of the many others experiences, unfortunately. More unfortunately I did not read these reviews before I purchased and the car I purchased from Zac, who at the beginning will sound to be a decent guy one who sounds like you can approach, however, when questioned or finds he's been found to also be untrustworthy and a liar will attempt some of the oldest tactics of covering his own failures by projecting them onto the customer! It's so clear and any observation by a bystander or a professional individual or attorney in these situations could clearly see what Zac and others at this dealership are doing when they attempt to stall certain circumstances to tire the customer. The deceitful nature of this dealerships behavior is then further exacerbated by the disingenuous concern of the on line customer service agent that is, allegedly concerned for your experience and attempts to further prolong the horrible customer service experience by feeding the customer with false and misleading information to assist the customer into resolving the matter by talking with a specific individual, it's all nonsense and a class action lawsuit is the only thing that will close the doors on this unscrupulous business!

Not what I thought we agreed on during discussions

I had been searching for a Jaguar XJ Portfolio for some time. I live in Nashville, Tn & not many Jag's for sale. I found a 2015 XJ at The Taverna Collection, exactly what I wanted. Got in contact with Noila in the sales department & finally bought the car. I was informed by Noila to have the car checked out as it was in So Florida & I'm in Tennessee and they would honor the possible repairs. There were some so I sent the repair list to them and after a couple of weeks went by they called to say that the broken engine mounts & front end wheel bearing were shot were normal wear & tear. Not what Noila had implied in our discussions. Then tried to get my plates from my Mazda CX5 back & a parking pass to our apt complex, still waiting since early May, no sign of them yet. Beware of State sales promises their pie in the sky. Cannot recommend this dealer as honest & keeps to their word. The car has been a lemon, still fixing it but I like Jaguars.

Terrible communication, sales person wad a habititual liar. Man lied to myself and to the director about the estimate of my vehicle and the condition in which it was in. 1300 dollars for an electronic prcessing fee? I forwarded my text messages to the director and he continued to act like I was the problem. When in fact, it was his own employee. Who overpriced my estimate intentionally? And finally got caught with my screen shot msgs telling him to slow down I need to complete some things on my car and u are way high on ur appraisal.. I even told him that you're giving me too much towards my estimate. However, the director does not communicate since he is invincible. Period he said he needed $2500 for the deal to go through, I said. Okay, give me a call so I can get this taken care of and he never called. By the way, I set my vehicle with the title. It just needed a few parts. Put back together long with the wiring harness and also sent $800. I got nutten in return very, very rude. To leave someone hanging, they should evaluate their sales reps in great detail to avoid situations like this.l!

Don't buy from this delirship.

They sold me a car that has engine problems, transmission problems, a garbage car that worth $50.00 .I bought it on line. Now im looking for an attorney to investigate the legal license that they got from the city.and they bank that they are financing them.i paid $4000.00 cash down. And rest there bank financin me for 72 months. With 19 percent interest. so this car will cost almost $22000.00 .please don't buy any car from this dealership and be in contact with me we will stop is business license. They're not flowing the business law.
