I came in to this servicing on Monday with the idea that the only value was that I needed it in order to complete the 3 service visits to qualify my car issues for the the “lemon law”. As it turned out my private session with sales manager Scott Larson caused me to totally reassess the situation. The result lead to a very understanding first class solution that enabled me to trade a very challenging condition in an otherwise nice driving car into another new car of the same pedigree without undue loss.
