In my opinion this is the absolute worst dealership I have ever worked with in my entire life. Salesman Treyvon provides the absolute worst customer service I think I ever have experienced also in my life... this dealership and the entire staff that I have dealt with has been the worst customer focused staff ever. Josh in finance is also another one that I can name that has been absolutely useless in helping fix any issues. I have tried several times to contact the general manager "(owner)" Jordan with absolutely no response. The Infiniti brand should really look into this dealership and how they treat their customers. there is absolutely no reason for anyone at this dealership to contact me about this review you guys have not been any help till now I don't need your help now.

Service and Repair

Infinity of Lafayette...Service takes at least 2 hours. No less EVER.. infinity does not offer you a rental so it’s a sit and wait... and wait ....and wait. I pulled up for service and the girl was checking out the car in front of me and she NEVER acknowledged me. Went inside and later a gentleman came out to get my info. They tell you an hour but get ready for two plus hours. They supposedly put a clear coat on my car which I paid dearly for, but I do believe it was never done. They told my cousin the same thing but her husband caught it so they actually had to make it right. I am having major tire issues and I have less than 20,000 miles on my car. If I can ever get rid of this vehicle I will purchase where I get a car to drive and not have to hang out for hours. Cadillac is the BEST.

I bought a 2020 Infiniti from Bernard Leblanc. He was a great salesman, but that is where the satisfaction ended. My car was hit by a pickup truck in Classic Carwash (they paid damages),but took Infiniti service department 2 months to fix my car. Then when we did the walk around on the loaner, we checked for scratches and dents. I signed that there were none. Well, supposedly I marked the tire rim. Seems I would know if I did.....$168 for repairs and $110 for an oil change on my new car. I have never gotten worse service from a service dept. Yes, I had an Infiniti prior to this one, but will never purchase from Lafayette Infiniti again.

I don't even know where to begin. I've been a long time customer at infinity, however, something is going wrong with the service department. My vehicle was there for ONE entire month (allegedly the part was on back order). All to learn that a 20 year old misdiagnosed the problem or did not inform us as to what the real problem was. I don't know if I'm more upset with the month I waited, or the fact that a 20 year old who did not diagnose the problem up front. Especially giving the price they quoted to repair. The entire experience was a nightmare! From one lie or excuse to another. I can go on and on.

Mr Austin

I recently went in for an oil change and tire rotation And it took 2 and half hours. That was totally unexceptional service. If there was a delay due to whatever the reason someone should have let me know before 2 and half hours.
