They were amazing!

I was concerned with a gas smell in my vehicle and the service center was super quick to get me in. They quickly discovered a gas leak and explained my car would need to stay for a while in order to be repaired. They gave me an equal to rental car to drive in the place of mine while mine was being repaired. They explained everything about how to operate the vehicle I would be driving temporarily. Dewayne Cogswell was the best, he took care of things along with his team very professionally.

Quick repair

Had fuel filter drop from 77% to 0% overnight! When by and asked if they could change it out and they said to bring it in as soon as possible got it there by noon and they had it repaired by 4:00 pm.

Very friendly sales people and great prices on inventory

Got an amazing deal on a truck and had a great salesman Brian stubs who was awesome at answering any questions we had and helped us pick the right vehicle. Also all vehicles are priced very reasonable!

Easiest Car Purchase Ever!

PWA helped has a great selection in stock! We were able to find exactly what we were looking for (which was very specific) on their lot. They gave us a great price, very competitive interest rate and we finished the paperwork at a time that was convenient for us - and it was quick!! We love PWA!

Hot day A/C quits!

Lindsay in the service department took really good care of me. The a/c on my 2015 GMC Acadia went out on Thursday evening before I was leaving on a trip to Texas on Monday. I called the service department on Friday morning early and Lindsay worked my car in even though she had a full load. The technician determined the compressor was locked up and they did not have one in stock. Lindsay arranged for me to have a dealer owned car to take on the trip to Texas. That was a real stress reducer for me. She gave me a 2018 GMC Terrain with 7500 miles on it. I had no problems with it on the trip and traveled cool. Thanks for good service.

One stop shopping!

Wow! Talk about service, this is the epitome of one stop service! I got an oil change, new tires, front end alignment, new windshield and windows tinted!! All in one place. On top of all that, the service manager informed me of a recall on my car that I was unaware of. They took care of that too. I will be back!

Great Service!

Phil Wright has a terrific service department. The staff is friendly, thorough, and never does more without talking to the customer first. They are great to explain service needs. Should you stay to wait, the area is comfortable with complimentary beverages, snacks available, and clean restrooms. I can’t imagine going anywhere else to service my vehicle.
